Attendant Gifts
Bridesmaids are done!
Well, with the exception of my Maid of Honor who is a totally different story, the rest of my bridal party's gifts are done, and with three months to spare! I have been trying to get all the little last minute things that my wedding checklist says to do the last few weeks before the wedding and this was one of them. Why this has been stressing me out so much I don't know, but I have been thinking about the perfect gift for my girls for months and just this weekend came up with these. I went down to Kays and picked up five Charmed Memories bracelets with this red and black bead as a representation of the day. I wanted to do a little wedding cake or champagne glasses to denote celebration but they were ugly little charms and this bead is Murano glass which is a total weak spot for me. I am also putting two silver stoppers on to hold the bead in place, they just haven't come in yet.
So, I'm thinking the girls who are getting them are going to adore them, but is there anyway for me to show them that they can continue adding to the bracelet? Would it be tacky to toss in the little Charmed Memories booklet so they know? I |

Wedding Dress
Not really a dress but I had to share my shoes
Ordered from Zappos for just shy of $70. They are SO comfortable and the perfect shade of red to match the accents and the bridesmaid's shoes. Finding a cute red shoe with a low heel was extremely challenging so I was very pleased when I found this. I highly recommend Zappos for any bride, bridesmaid or woman in general look for shoes. They are reasonably priced, have a great selection and the shipping was really fast. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with this purchase.

Wedding Dress
The stock photos of my wedding dress
I got the phone call last week that my first round of alterations on my dress are ready. I am so excited to go back to New Hampshire and try it on with the adjustments. Planning a wedding from cross country is making me absolutely insane: I think it is primarily from all of the decisions and then not having what I chose right in front of my when I go back to Arizona or close my email. Regardless, I bought this dress at Davids Bridal and although my experience with them hasn't been 100%, the ladies dealing with my dress directly have been incredible. It is an Oleg Cassini organza dress that is nothing like I expected to pick out and yet I am completely in love with it. They took in the waist a little and let out the back to lower the neckline slightly for me - ah the curses of being small chested! I am excited to pick it up and see how the bustle looks when it is done up and of course how it looks with my REAL shoes and not the mock up ones I used for the hemming. I won't put a real photo of me in the dress - FOR NOW - but here is the stock photo.

Wedding Rings And Jewelry
Our wedding bands have finally arrived!
We picked up our wedding bands today from the jeweler because I couldn't stand leaving them there for any longer! I've been staring at it ever since because I am slightly nervous about having it put together with my engagement ring (see attached photos). I don't want there to be any sort of a gap between the two rings and they assured me when I bought it that this could be done through a pinching process so we will see. I visualize it and coming out perfectly but won't feel 100% until I see them together. I think for my own personal sanity I am going to send it out six weeks before the wedding.
