Wedding Dress - Maggie Sottero vs Da Vinci - JG022786's Purple Wedding by Color Blog

So, the fiance asked me how much my dress was , i made the mistake of telling him , he than proceeded to tell me that i shouldn't settle on the first dress i like bla bla bla --- well he had me seconding guessing my dress as i'm searching online i can't find any other dress i like ,

BUT THEN !!! as i'm looking at a website for one of the stores near my house i come across the designer Da Vinci so i go to that website to see what the dresses look like and what do i find ?!?!! style # 50024 is exactly the same dress as Maggie's Adorae!!! BUT and this is a big BUT the Da Vinci is half the price if not more than the Maggie dress!!!

well ladies this is a no brainer this is the dress i want this is the dress that fit great on me !!! so if i can get it for half the price hell yea it's my dress.. i plan to call the store tomorrow to set up a time to try the Da vinci dress on just to make sure!!

what do you guys think ... did any of you try on Da Vinci dresses?!

I know many brides who have worn the Da Vinci one because it looks just like the Maggie and its cheaper. That dress is very pretty and really figure flattering ;-)

I have Maggie Sottero Fiorella for sale and it is similar to this
dress also. I actually tried on Adorae and then Fiorella and liked
it more. It has been professionaly dry cleaned and preserved and its
600.00

They look very much alike. I just love Maggie's fit! Its like the dress is painted on....go try it on with Da Vinci and see how you feel...if you dont see the difference...go for it! Us brides have to save as much as we possibly can....weddings are just too darn expensive!!! Adorae was a little over my budget but I just couldnt help myself....lol!

I read "Maggie Sottero vs Da vinci" and started freaking out because I thought you were going to say you changed your mind on the Maggie dress and I LOVE the Maggie dress!!! lol! Then I looked at the pictures before I read the post and I was thinking "I dont get it, these dresses are almost exaclty the same?" lol good thing I read the post afterwards (which i was intending on doing the whole time :P)

I think they are so both gorgeous! Just make sure the Da Vinci isn't a different material than the Maggie dress, because that can make a HUGE difference when you see the dress in person!

What I love about the Da Vinci dress is that it has a corset lace up back...and i'm a sucker for lace up corsets :P

haha !! thanks ladies! isnt it crazy ?! after calling a million places off the da vinci locator i found it !! at a store thats 30 mins away from me but idc !!! lol i have an app to try that one and a few others on dec 3rd b/c thats the next free weekend i have off =( and i work a weird shift during the week but i am wicked excited and hopefully love the da vinci just as much in person !! =)

I ended up doing the same thing!!!!! fell in love with the maggie and kept searching until i found the davinci for 650 :)
