28 days? Is anybody else freaking out???
Okay, I'm pretty much done with everything... just a few little things here and there. Well... and school and work, which are taking up a good deal of time.

And I'm not exactly freaking out, but I'm definitely on the cusp of being overwhelmed...

The only thing I'm not nervous about... Is that gorgeous man =====>
Marriage will be a piece of cake after I survive the month of May. :)

Rethought the favors... now I'm likin' these, but now I have a question...
So I was going to put lit votives in hot pink or black holders around the vases of flowers, but if these are gonna be at each place setting as a favor, is that too much???

Wedding Flowers
Okay, I changed my mind again.
But for real, this is what I want as of now... hehehe
There's a pic of my bouquet, of the BM bouquets and the corsages and bouts... FH picked out the corsages and bouts so whatever. :)
My mom says the bouts should be roses... so they match. I really don't care at this point.... I hate flowers... I should just make them carry clutches. XD

Gah. Flowers. Gah.
So I had totally made up my mind about the flowers... but I talked to my Grandma in TX, and she kept saying how I'm gonna be too busy to put them together, and they're gonna wilt, and I'm gonna cry.

Gah.

So now I'm rethinking the whole thing. Maybe I should make silk arrangements, but there is NO PLACE that has hot pink flowers right now. So maybe I should order off Etsy, which is practically as expensive as doing real flowers myself. Or maybe just order flowers off of Afloral.com but I am ambivilent about ordering flowers I can't see. And using fake flowers precludes my choice of mini callas because I hate the fake ones that are all hard plastic, and also roses, because I've never seen a pretty fake rose.

So now you see my dilemna. What are your thoughts?

Okay, Ladies, How many of you are dealing with Bridesmaid drama?
Okay, a couple days ago I shared my Bridesmaids drama. Long story short, my oldest friend said she didn't want to be my MOH, because "we're not close anymore."

And honestly, except for the ex-MOH, mine have been incredibly supportive... I guess that I'm just shocked, because, even if I decided I never wanted to speak to someone again, if I had agreed to be in her wedding, I would do it. Because I gave my word. That is why I was initially upset. But as I said in my post about the situation, now I'm fine. Nothing is gonna bother me again. :)

That being said, I was really surprised by how many of you gals were dealing with similar situations.

OMG... You'll never believe what my MOH did!
So the day after Thnxgiving, after work, less than a week before my bday (which is today btw) my MOH called me.

Here's how the convo went...

Me: Hi.
Her: I am graciously withdrawing from the wedding.
Me: ...
Her: I just don't feel like we're close anymore.
Me: ...
Her: I'll still come to the wedding.
Me: ...
Her: I just wouldn't feel comfortable.
Me: ... I wouldn't want you to be uncomfortable...
Her: Please don't let your mom be mad at me.
Me: ...
Her: K. Thnx. Bye.

So the silver lining, I guess, is that I have one less bouquet to make. All the other bridesmaids have been great and really supportive, btw.

And now, I feel like there's nothing about the wedding that could possibly ruffle me. I'm like, I got this. I told FH that there could be a hurricane (which is a statistical impossibility since we live FAR from the ocean) and I still would be like, whatever.
