My earrings!
I purchased these Swarovski earrings today. I think because I'm putting my hair up and with the blue eye make up, I need something long for the earrings. I don't know how they'll play out with the dress but fortunately my second fitting is this Monday!

Wedding Make-up!
I don't know which one!
I went and met with my makeup artist, Jasmine, and she gave me two options for my eyes. One is the blue and the other is with the gold. If I go with the blue eye, I'm thinking of eliminating the under liner. If I go with the gold eye, it'll be with a bolder lip color. HELP!

Wedding Dress
It came in!!
My dress finally came in last week! I was nervous that I wouldn't like it anymore because the last time I saw it was in January but when I put it on, I loved it all over again! The only thing is that I need to lose a couple pounds but I still have time!

Ordered and done!
I'm so happy with the bakery we decided to go with. They gave us great service and their cakes are delicious! If you live in the northern Virginia area, I highly recommend Hot-n-Bakes in Springfield, Va. They're reasonably priced and they're more than willing to work with you.
It'll be a 4 tier cake with two flavors: pineapple and chocolate truffle. It'll have a navy blue ribbon around each tier with white polka dots. In the picture it has the cake with flowers but ours will not. So happy who we went with and I can't wait to eat it!! |

I went with Nordstrom's because a. I didn't have to place the orders as a rush order which would have been an additional $40, b. I can them here in 5-6 business days and c. if the dresses are too big I can return them and exchange them for a different size. I love the dress. It's simple and hopefully they can use them again!
