So on Monday I began my journey to lose some weight. I was looking at some pictures before having kids and I must say I was looking pretty good :) I was athletic I had a flat tummy things were right. Now with kids work its been hard to take care of me. So now not only is the wedding pushing me to get healthy its my health. I have had three mini strokes this year alone. I need to get things right before its gets to far and too bad. So since Monday I have already lost 3 pounds I hope to continue on the right track. Instead of going to lunch with co-workers I now go to the bike trail behind my job and go for a walk. Now today I will begin zumba which I heard helps out a whole lot. Wish me luck!!!!
