Hair Trial
I had my hair Trial last night and my hairdresser seemed rushed and did not do exactly what I wanted for my hair. Although it did look good.... I asked if she could leave it up so I could show my mom.
Once finished she took all my pins out and charged me like $40 for an hour trial??? I was not happy with the idea that I would not be able to tell if my hair will hold for the day.....I also inquired about my bridesmaids and how much it would cost for the second time and nothing was done about that either..... Did anyone else have problems with their hairdresser? What did you do about it? I adore my hairdresser and she has known about this for a full year...... |

I have my florist who will be using the feathers I bought from Micheals with my husband to be wearing a Faith Rose and the Groomsmen will be wearing Vendella Rose. These will match mine and the bridesmade flowers... Hope they turn out!!

Wedding Invitation
I found these at Micheals and we printed them off a laser jet. Bad idea....the text started rubbing off when we received our response cards. Spend the extra money and have them made. Now we will probably put extra into our Thank you cards.

Jack and Jill
Masquerade
The end of March we had our Jack and Jill. This is me and my soon to be mother-in-law.
Everyone was awsome and the whole bridal party pitched in. We had big gift baskets, joker poker, crown and anchor, and a big door prize (42" Flat screen TV) lots of food and a D.J too! This was the first party everyone was able to meet each other. We had over 150 people. I wish I could do it all over again. Themes are awsome! |

Candelabras
Here is the Candelabras we have rented for centerpieces. I know it is common to do games to give away the centerpieces, but we will have to make an announcement to my family to not take these home.
I was thinking to have small bouquets of flowers in pewter pail on the table for a centerpiece giveaway.... Any other ideas that will go with the crystal candelabras? |
