This is julielynn2009's Chocolate Wedding!

So the church is out for that weekend.. and I was NOT changing the date again. Soo I had a brief CRY... Then i put my big girl panties on and went back to the drawing board (meaning Terrilyn) Called a place close by that is beautiful.. avaiilbe.. in budget.. and booked it. It is called Meahan's Cove.. It has plenty of room for everyone aswell.. Everything happens for a reason..

So.. I had the worst weekend of my life.. My younger brother.. (who lives across the country) called me last night asking when my wedding day is.... I had changed it from May to September about a month ago because of costs and wanting to lose weight. I told him the date in September then he goes crazy and says "why did you tell Ashley (the girlfriend) it was in Auguest." I dont recall doing that but to them i did.. anyways long story short they are really pissed because to them i have changed my mind 2 times when in fact i only did once... now they are saying they may not be able to come because of cost and not having enough time to prepare.. Ashley is in school and August would have been better cause they could have made a vacation out of it .. and it would have been "more worthwhile" Ouch.. that hurts.. I am your only sister after all.. So here is the questiion.. do i change the date so it is more convienant for them.. My thoughts is my wedding I want to get married in September and have my Fall Theme.. but it is also very important to me to have all my close family there and for everyone to be HAPPY..

WHAT DO I DO.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

The Holidays were great. I was able to see lots of family and friends and get lots of ideas and help with the upcoming wedding. My favorite Aunt is very crafty and has agreed to help me with my fall theme center pieces and decorations... they are going to be beautiful.. a friend of my cousin's makes wedding cakes and such and is going to do that for me.. I am currently working on my guest list.. trying to keep it at no more then 100 .. tuff but i think i can make it.. if anyone has any suggestions on guest list's let me know :)

Ok.. Change of plans for the reception. The Hammond River building was to small for my plans so we have decided to have the reception dinner/dance at St.Mark's Catholic Church Hall. It is a much bigger facility and we are getting a great deal because Colin's father is a member. The cost is going to include a catered Turkey Dinner and desert and the rental of the hall. I am really happy that things are starting to come together. Now that the holiday season is almost over, we can focus on getting healthy and saving for the big day. I can hardly wait. :) <3

Well.. I called to book the place that i want to hold the reception at. We are trying to cut cost as much as we can. The Hammond River is a beautiful location and it would have been free on account that his father has a free rental. The building however only holds 75 and my first draft of my guest list is a bit more then that. I hate to leave people out of the wedding. Everyone that is on the list is important in some way. Also were I live there is not alot of options that are beautiful and lower in cost.

I've been looking online and have come upon Chocolate Brown and Gold. I always new i wanted Chocolate Brown but didnt know what i wanted to go with it till Now. What do you think Ladies???

Colin picked it out himself and did a fabulous job. We had discussed rings before we became engaged on a few occassions and each time I would change my mind on the style i wanted. He went to the jewellery store a few days before Valentines Day to get me a necklace and saw this ring and knew that it was the one.

This is the Hammond River Angling building in Quispamsis NB.. It is so beautiful inside and out. We had a birthday party for Colin's father there and from that moment I new that is were I wanted the reception to be held.
