Well.. I called to book the place that i want to hold the reception at. We are trying to cut cost as much as we can. The Hammond River is a beautiful location and it would have been free on account that his father has a free rental. The building however only holds 75 and my first draft of my guest list is a bit more then that. I hate to leave people out of the wedding. Everyone that is on the list is important in some way. Also were I live there is not alot of options that are beautiful and lower in cost.

Personally, I would see if you can get your guest list down to 75 ppl. Maybe you can throw a bigger more casual reception the following day or some other time to include everyone. That's just a thought.

If you are going to have more people no matter what, I guess you'll just have to find a different location. Good luck.
