Older Maid of Honor

I have a unique dilemma and need some advice ladies. My maid of honor is a 65 year old lady. She's my husbands aunt and the one person I respect more than anyone else on this earth. She was maid of honor at our original wedding and will be there for this one too. My problem is....what do I get her to wear? Should I go with more of a mother of the bride style dress or just what the other ladies are wearing? The others range from 25 to 45 years old. I want her to feel comfortable and pretty that day too. The other girls will be wearing yellow tealength dresses. I was thinking of having her in navy blue but I'm not sure that would look right at our very casual farm renewal.

Please give me your imput on this. I'm soo confused!

Yes, I would have her wear a mother of the bride style dress. Since she's older, I'm sure she would appreciate a conservative outfit. If she is already married, she would actually be considered as a Matron of Honor instead of a Maid of Honor :)

I think you should put her in a different style dress that she will feel comfortable in, much like the mother of the bride dresses.
