Im a huge fan of the photo-journalistic style, I think it captures the wedding days true emotions and not the staged poses. Very beautiful!

So, i'd like to do something creative for our wedding guest book. I recently went to a wedding that had a table with scrapbook-style sheets that asked guests to comment/write best wishes/advice on. Each had different topics. It was a cute idea.
I've been debating between a few different ideas;
1. guest book "family tree" a large sheet with a tree and different colored leaves- blue would be his family, purple my side, and another color nutral friends. (our colors are dark purple and light blue) Then it'd be something to frame and keep.
2. create something similar to what guestbookstore.com does- construct pages with space for guest pictures and room to write messages to us. I need to add here that our favors are from "Magnetic Memory Makers" of western new york. The owner sets up a photo area where guests can pose in groups/couples and within minutes the pictures will be printed on magnets. Guests can take advantage as much as they want, and my FH and I will get a CD of photos. The idea then would be to match thier photos to the pages they write and use this as a keepsake.
3. a Pre made scrap book with room to write messages or guests can sign thier names around photos.

Friday 10/15 is a sample sale at MACarr in orchard park ny- super pumped because my dress is going on sale! Granted it's a few sizes big- but that's what taylors are for right :) Hoping to get it 50% off or more...yay 5 days til my dress!!!
