Ok, so I recently got back to my planning/dreaming & came across the Cord of Three Strands Ceremony. I've never heard of it before & when I read it, I loved it. I want to incorporate our faith in a special & unique way that we will be able to look back on & remember the promise we made to each other & our God.

Has anyone ever done this or seen the ceremony?

We're not engaged yet, but thought planning ahead would save time. I really want a beach wedding. It has sentimental meaning to us. Has anyone ever rented a vacation home on the beach? How did you handle permits, DJ music etc?

Would love to hear about local venues, vendors etc.
