Weight Watchers! I have been on it for about 3 weeks and I've lost 10 pounds! It's super easy to do with having a busy lifestyle. It allows me to still go out to eat and make quick meals! I don't go to the meetings, I am just following the points.
It's all about diet! My fi and I were working out like crazy ( p90x) but we lost as much weight doing a 12 day cleanse (wild rose d-tox) than in two months of excersizing. Less calories and fewer carbs. The simplest answer is usually right ;-)
Working out and eat clean. Cleaning eating would just be reducing the junk like sugar, fried foods. Eat lots of veggies, fruit, complex carbs (whole wheat bread, brown rice), lean protien (lean beef, chicken, egg whites). For me I don't count calories b/c really it just frustrates me and I don't have the time. I workout and cut the junk, let myself eat the healthy food until I am full. The weight comes off.
You'd be surprised if you are junk person just cutting out the soda, chips, take out you will loose weight.
My favorite works are P90, and Turbo Jam. I love the 20 min cardio (turbo jam) it's an extremely effective workout in only 20 mins.
I've just started this Colon X program and I've lost 9lbs i 7days, I'm 29yrs old and I've always had little love handles and I tried this program and for the first time EVERRRRR they're GONE..I swear this program rocks AND it's good for your health it gets rid of all the bacterias you have stuck in your intestins. It's a 90 day program but like I said I've only started it and I've lost alot already. Also, I'm not overweight so the last 10lbs are always the hardest and I go to the gym alot and this is the only way I lost those last 10lbs.
Some people are against colonix as you'll see on my blog ha ha but like I said you don't have to take the full program and don't have to take the full recommended dose. Do what works for you. The tea istelf is the BIG trigger in this and it says to take 4 pills after the 5th day but i only take 1 and it's still working perfect.

I might try Metabolic Weight Loss. I did it a few years back and lost 30 pounds in a few months.
