So I've heard that with candy bars, the formula is (G * 3) / 16 = lbs (guests times 3 divided by 16 equals the amount of candy you need) ... I have a couple questions:
1) Is the amount in pounds the amount per type of candy, or the amount in total of how much candy you need?
2) Is there a different formula for a dessert bar reception (basically, I'm thinking of having just desserts ... no buffet or seated meals or whatever)?
3) What are some suggestions for a dessert bar (suggestions for desserts, candies, and/or drinks)?
