Honeymoon

I haven't updated anything since the wedding so not I'm trying to catch up on things. Soooooo... the Honeymoon! We spent 6 nights at Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau Bahamas and it was so awesome, I highly recommend going to any Sandals. Yes they are a bit pricey but they are all inclusive and the quality of service is fantastic. Usually when we go somewhere I do enjoy the trip but I'm always ready to go home when the time comes, well that was not the case this time. Neither one of us were ready to leave! We booked a trip back before we left, only we are going to Sandals Emerald Bay next time. Our goal now is to visit all of the Sandals resorts. If your looking to relax Sandals is definitely the way to go. The biggest thing we had to do the whole time was decide what restaurant we were going to go to and go there. This next time we have booked a butler suite for maximum relaxation. =) So as you can tell the Honeymoon was awesome!

9 days!
Only 9 days until the wedding and I still have quite a bit to do!
My Bachelorette party is this Saturday at our house and since we just moved into our house I've been working on getting everything put where it goes and trying to get it cleaned up. On top of that I still have a few things to do: Finish painting isle runner Finish Flip Flops Finish dying my girls shoes Finish Poems for bathroom baskets I cant believe its only 9 days! I'm so excited and ready for it to be here.. and I'll also be relieved for the stress to be gone too..=)! I'm not looking forward to spending the night away from FH the night before the wedding though. We haven't spend a night apart since we have been together and we are already spending the night of our Bachelor/Bachelorette party away from each other. I know I'll be okay but I'm not used to having our big house all to myself. |

24 days and counting!
With 24 days left I still have quite a few things to get accoplished.
*We are taking Engagement pics Saturday (late yes I know) *I'm getting my hair and nails done at 11:00am Tuesday for my bridal pics later that afternoon. *finish bridal party flip flops *finish dying bridal party shoes *paint monogram on the isle runner *meet w/ preacher (hoping to do this Saturday before engagement pics) *Send off ring and band to be sautered together (the band has to be notched to fit up next to my ring or I wouldn't worry with it until later) *find something to wear to rehearsal dinner Hopefully I will be able to get all of this accomplished pretty soon so I wont be stressing closer to the wedding!! Wish me luck! |

We got ours today!
FH and I went and paid our $72 dollars today and got our marriage license. Only 28 more days and I'll be Mrs. Chance Jones and headed for a nice week long honeymoon in the Bahamas with my soul mate..=) Cant freaking wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our Invites!
Our invitations went out about 3 weeks ago but I am just now getting around to posting pictures with everything we have going on. The envelopes and RSVP post cards came pre-addressed. Everyone has loved our invites and I've even gotten calls from several people telling me how gorgeous they thought they were. The brides who are currently planning a wedding have asked for contact information for the people who hand made them =). What do y'all think?

Monogram help!
I am having problems with my monogram for my isle runner. I read on a post that you could create a monogram and then blow it up to a certain percentage and print it out on several pieces of paper so you could trace it. I have attempted to make a monogram (which I'm not very good at) and I never like the way they turn out, not to mention when I try to blow them up to print them they never do right. Could someone offer advice or help me out please? It would be greatly appreciated!
