I have found a dress that I am head over heels in love with. There aren't many places locally that carry this brand though. I may end up going on a witch hunt to track down this dress, but I have to find it to try on. I honestly think this could the THE one!

It is from Bonny's plus sized collection, Unforgettable. I'm not 100% that I need a plus sized dress though. If not, I'm hoping that they could make it in my right size.

Hello ladies! Does anybody know where to buy good quality peacock feathers in bulk? I don't want them to be ridiculously expensive either. I plan on DIYing a lot with them, so I'd like to get some soon so I can start playing around!

So originally, I had planned on using "First Dance" by Corey Smith as our first dance song because my fiance and I both love his music and we randomly dance to that song in our living room all the time.

Well, I played that for my MOH (who is also my cousin) before I was ever engaged and told her how much I loved it. Well my aunt got engaged a couple weeks before I did and my MOH played the song for her...and guess what her first dance song is now? Yeah.

I was super frustrated. My aunt and her FH didn't even know who Corey Smith was...and they still don't know ANY of his other music. She is 10 years older than I am and has done this kind of stuff my whole life. Whatever.

Ritchie and I went to a concert this past weekend. It was Aaron Lewis, the lead singer of the band Staind, giving an intimate acoustic show. It was amazing. He played a song that made my heart melt. There was actually a man who proposed to his girlfriend during this song. I love this song. I'm hoping Ritchie would be okay with it being our first dance song :)

Hello ladies! I haven't been engaged long and I still have over 2 years until my wedding, but I'm starting to gather a nice little pile of bridal magazines. I should try to avoid buying so many since I've got so much time left.

I subscribed to Brides for a year because it was a good price.

What are you favorite bridal magazines?

I am a bridesmaid for my friend. She is getting married June 4. The MOH, other bridesmaid and myself are going to throw her a wedding shower. First, she said we had to do it on a WEEKNIGHT during her spring break...which is March 21-25. She informed us of this yesterday. Not cool.

Now she doesn't want to do it then, but would rather do it on Easter night. Excuse me? I love her and all, but I would like to be able to spend time with my family.

Am I over-reacting?

I guess my fiance could have done a little more wedding research before popping the question. He had planned on buying a different ring as a wedding ring (not just a band to go with my engagement ring).

I don't think I've ever seen this done. He said, "If I had known that, I would have gotten you a better ring." I love my ring.

Do you think it's out of the ordinary to not wear your engagement ring anymore after getting married? Everyone I know gets a band to go with their engagement ring.

I wish it was closer to my wedding. I want so badly to track down this dress and try it on! I am in love with it. Anything by Maggie Sottero is amazing. She was the designer of my prom dress my senior year also.

I'm a little bit of a heavier girl and very, very busty. Thoughts on how it might look on somebody who isn't tiny?

I've decided on my colors: purple and orange. I know, it's a little out there. There is real meaning behind the orange for me though. Different shades of purple will be more predominant. Anyway, I'd like to use the unity sand thing instead of a candle. I'm not sure that I would really want to put a vase of purple and orange sand in my home after the wedding.

Would it be odd to use colors of sand that don't go with my wedding at all? Maybe we would do brown and something? I don't even know. I just feel like the purple and orange would look strange sitting in my living room...Suggestions?
