Crystal and Bling Centerpieces Ideas....
My weddings July 20th 2013 and I've been going over a bunch of centerpiece ideas to DIY. I want crystal and bling along with some flowers that are affordable. My flowers will most likely be FAKE or silk flowers and I'm debating on if I want to make crepe paper flowers. I'm renting those feather centerpiece at $50 so I'm not sure if I use only 4 tables out of 12 will that be nice and the other 8 tables a combination of pic 2 and 3. Do you ladies think they will tie in? I also was going to put a otrich feather in pick 2. Ladies where would I find reasonable priced cylinders in 3 different sizes? Where can I get a lot of crystal mesh in silver and hot pink from for a great price as well as iridescent and clear acrylic crystals to hang off my vases and crystal tree that sparkle nicely and are affordable? I need to find a place that has different size cylinder vases and I also though of using drinking glasses. What do you think? LADIES YOUR OPINIONS AND HELP IS NEEDED ALONG WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Vintage wedding sites or ideas?
Hello I'm new to this site and recently engaged as of 12/22/10. I want to have a modern vintage glam wedding and I was wondering if anyone knew of any vintage wedding sites or have any ideas or know a great source for ideas and themes? I'm trying to figure out a theme for my wedding. I'm gonna wear a dress with lace and have my bridesmaids carry parasols instead of flowers. HELP I need ideas to come up with a great affordable theme. Any help and/or direction and deals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

He Proposed and I said "YES"!
Me and my fiance Mark recently got engaged December 22nd 2010. I'm sooo excited to be marrying a man who truly loves and adores me. I've truly been blessed by God. I rededicated my life to Christ and he got saved in Aug 2010 and God has truly been changing and shaping us in his likeness. I love that fact that we can go through this life transformation together.
November 26th we went to Jared's and created my beautiful certified 1.50 ct colorless diamond in a pave setting. This mobile picture doesn't do it any justice. Will upload a camera picture when I can. And I previously had a 2 ct princess cut ring which was a lower quality and didn't sparkle as much and was too big for my tiny fingers. It cost less and my fiance new he'd pay more at Jared's, but he wanted me to have a quality diamond and we loved the fact our creation is one of a kind and we created it together. I get sooo many complements from women this ring is gorgeous!
He proposed to me casually because I knew he already had the ring and he didn't want to take me out to dinner and all that, because I knew he would propose. He caught me off guard. I was sitting at the computer looking up wedding stuff and he kissed my cheek with his hands behind his back and said "I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you" Pulls the ring out and says "Will you marry me" I cried and said yes! Now I'm officially engaged now and the planning can begin. We're looking at July 20th 2012 for our wedding date.

We're having an outdoor gazebo wedding ceremony and an indoor lunch wedding reception. My theme is Bling with ostrich feathers centerpieces with hanging crystals on some tables and on other tables a combination of candle holders wrapped in diamond mesh or hang crystal accents on other tables. My colors are fushia, black, silver and white. The candles will give it a romantic feel throughout the venue.
