Dyed Petticoat!
I have done it! I dyed the petticoat.

It was super easy although I did hesitate to drop the dye into the washing machine. I'm adding those pictures right now! If you have any questions just ask me I can tell you what I did and how. It was fun to watch it transform.

Sorry all of the pictures are sideways... I have no idea how to change that?

i wanna dye mine to but i'm afraid im gonna ruin it i want it pink but not super bright pink more like a baby pink. Did it dye evenly?

did any of the dye stain your washer? We have a brand spankin new washer and I don't want to satin it!! It is stainless steel and has plastic, but no agitator...If it's okay with you, I'm link this entry to mine about dying because people want pictures and I want them to stumble upon your blog!!

And, just to add another comment to this blog...
you can change the orientation of your pictures before uploading them by rotating them in your photo editor/preview program--just click rotate until it's the right way, then hit save as!

I had this done to my crinoline. I love it! Can't wait to wear it this August!

Mara of fishyfacestudios.etsy.com did the dye job! she is awesome! It came out perfect.
