Fudge
15lbs!!!
So today my mother-in-law and I sat down and made 8 sheets of fudge. That's about 15lbs of ingredients! In one of my earlier posts I said how we were filling the boxes with homemade fudge with white chocolate on top, dyed green. Well it is all made as of today. Fudge is known for its everlasting taste so 2 weeks of sitting and setteling it shoud taste great on the wedding day! I filled up 99 boxes of square cut pieces and ribbons are tied, only 241 to go!! It was a lot of fun making.

13 days........ wow! so close!

just saw on the food network that fudge is excellent for weddings than chocolate, especially if you have a wedding outside! I was thinking perhaps i should do the same since Michigan is known for its Mackinaw fudge :)
