This is kerryboo84's Pink Wedding!

So I was running a little behind with getting a flower girl dress ordered but I finally did! I was frustrated with the cost, as any dress I liked was over $100, which seems ridiculous to me for a child's dress!! I found a website that has some reasonably priced dresses though, it is mygirldress.com. It is very similar to one from Davids bridal that I had liked but half the cost. Of course it would not be with the red sash, I would love to find a pink to match the bridesmaid dress sashes but that is proving more difficult that I expected..boo.

So I had pretty much stopped coming to this website because half of the time it doesn't seem to work for me. It's always saying, "servor busy" I don't know if I am the only one having problems with it or what, but it was kind of driving me crazy!!

This is definitely what I am most excited about! Seven days at this amazing all inclusive resort! I've always wanted to go to a Sandals resort..they look sooo nice! We will be staying in our own villa with a private pool and even butler service, haha. I'm so excited! I definitely need a vaca, this cannot come quick enough! This is why I need to get in shape! I need to be hot in my bikinis and little skirts in Jamaica!! haha, oh well..even if don't tone up like I want to, it will still be amazing. Plus, I'm sure we will both gain weight the week that we are there since we get to eat at so many nice restaurants. I cannot wait for sunny Jamaica!!!

I'm just wondering what all you brides are doing to get in the best shape for your special day? Any particular workouts or diets?? I have a very hard time with dieting...its not my thing..haha..I LOVE food! At the same time, I have a very hard time getting my butt to the gym as well. Its so hard for me! I just really wanna tone up and maybe lose just a couple of pounds..not even for the wedding day necessarily but for my week in Jamaica after! Just wondering what people are doing.... I'm not doing a whole lot..I need some inspiration! haha..I'm just too lazy :(

Invitiations don't really excite me a whole lot..haha. I haven't found too many that really catch my eye. Of coure I want something in my colors..black,pink,and white, and I would really like a touch of sparkle! haha, also I really feel like they are FAR more expensive than they need to be in general. I actually stole this from someone else's blog so thanks, I cant remember who you are! It's really been the cutest that I could find at this point. I don't know why the picture is so small, sorry.

So far bridesmaid dresses have been the most difficult thing to decided for me. I think I probably looked at every possible bm dress designer on line. Seriously...late into the night I would be looking at dress after dress. Every one that I found that I liked was either too expensive or there were no shops around my area that sold it or they could order it but they didn't have the actual dress in the store..ahhh a nighmare! haha. Just curious, Are any brides actually choosing a bm dress that they cant actually see in person? I found that was an issue for me. I was hesitant about just ordering something that I had only seen pictures of online. I feel like it must be common to do that though since not every dress is available to see in a shop. Anyway, I finally decided on a bill levkoff dress. It will be in black with fuschia sash, also it is the mermaid/trumpet style which mirrors my own gown:)

I have chosen a cake-baker..or whatever they would be called. This picture is what i'm going for as far as the cake. However, it would be with fuschia ribbon. I think it will be a beautiful pink and white cake! I believe I will actually be doing a buttercream icing instead of the fondant as it is cheaper and tastes better, but the bows will be fondant. I also think this is the cake topper I will do...I knew I wanted a sparkly heart and my fiance like the idea of the initial..so I think this is it. It will be with an "S!" The cake is from butterflycakes.com. They have a lot of pretty cakes on the website

I was able to get my dress fairly quickly. Its from Davids Bridal. I knew I wanted a mermaid/trumpet style dress so I had tried on nearly every one in the store! This was my favorite, its very simple yet in my opinion, quite stunning! It was also pretty cost efficient so that was also a plus. I believe I will do a hot pink/fucshia sash/ribbon...as opposed to the ligher pink pictured. My colors will be black, white, and accented with fuschia..and of course lots of sparkle..i'm def into crystals/rhinestone accents. I haven't found my jewelry yet but I def want some bling earrings!
