Ok so I have been pondering the idea of a reception dress. Not that I don't adore my dress I wish I could wear it everyday but it is big and we love to dance. So that brings me to my question. How many of you are doing a reception dress? And how do you decide on the dress? Long or short? Can you throw some color or should it also be white? Please any input would help!

I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything. But we went on vacation to get some wedding things done.... but as always family took up most of the time. So needless to say I will have to make another trip down there and pray I get something done lol !!! Anyway, my question for the day. Ok a little history first, I am not a bow type person so I wanted to do something different. Instead of the normal pew bows I was thinking these hearts. My colors are black and white with a touch of purple and bling !!! Little bit of Hollywood thrown all into it. So I need your honest opinion , as we all know there is a thin line between nice and tacky! They are not complete but you can get the just of it. They will have a different purple light in them. But that is what it will look like. We are having a candle light ceremony. SO GIVE ME YOUR HONEST OPINION PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!

ok so we are doing a hawaiian/chinese reception type thing. LOL if you can picture that. So I was thinking instead of a candy buffet having a fortune cookie buffet! You know different flavors and chocolate covered cookies. I have looked all over the internet for pictures of a cookie buffet but I haven't seen one. So please all give me some input !!

This is what started everything!! So growing up in Hawaii at all these weddings my sister and I were in as flower girls I would see these leis. They are so pretty and I love the color. Now that I am planning my wedding I wanted these lei's!!! But NO of course the Ag restrictions say that they can not be shipped to the mainland. So now I am on the hunt to find someone that grows these flowers. I am hoping Mexico has them with the weather being similar and all. If anyone has any ideas on where I could get them or can help that would be great. I do have another choice of a flower and I do love that too but I sure you know how it is when you have your heart set on something you gotta have it!!!!

Just wondering if anyone can help. I am unable to to change my picture i hit the little camera pic at the bottom but nothing happens. And how do you add photos to your blog when i hit add picture it takes me to the other screen I hit add pictures and nothing happend so I thought I would cut and past and that didn't work. So if anyone can help that would be so great!
