Since I have finally decided on my gown I went looking at jewelry today that would go with my gown, but the style of my dress I can't find any silver/white gold that would go with a vintage style lace dress. My engagement ring is white gold I don't wanna be tacky and wear two types of gold...any suggestions are welcome?

I finally said Yes!!
I finally found my dress (Mon Cheri gown) called Jordan . I took my future mother-in-law and MOH to go looking for dress at Uptown Bridal in Chandler AZ...oh yeah that was a plug. They gave me six little decorated clothespins to pin to dresses that I like in the boutique. I gave them each two. My future mom-in-law only used one of her pins, she was having a hard time. After we had all picked our dresses, she kept going back to this dress so she used her pin on a dress I would have never picked, So I tried on all the dresses and when it came down to hers, I loved it. It is cream (satin with lace) two thinks I thought I didn't want. So what I have to say to brides out there open up the box you never know what you might like, plus what you think you might want might not look they way you thought. Later I will post pics of me in the gown. I am so happy that I found my dress one less think to worry about. But I do feel a little bad that my mom wasn't there but when I go back to NC I will give my mom and sisters the experience of looking but won't buy or tell her that I already have a dress, mainly go looking for bridesmaids dresses. Oh Hell Yeah I found my dress!!!!

Finally Found It
I finally found the wedding venue after so much searching. We have decided on Aldea at Tlaquepaque in Peoria, Arizona; hopefully everyone we invite will have a good time and enjoy the space as much as me and my FH do.

Dress
I like this dress for my bridesmaids. It has the color and the length I want. Plus, all my bridesmaids have different body types I think this dress will look good on two skinny and two with extra junk in the trunk. So now I have to change the shoes or just go with a simple black or silver. I guess I could wear the other purple ones to offsite their dress so that I do have some purple on me on my special day.

Looking for the perfect shoe
I think I have found a shoe that I like maybe for me or maybe for my bridemaids. Its'nt the top shoe I'm still searching for the right shoe but I like the height. It's from DSW. There was another one I like but Im having a hard time finding it on the website.

I have decided to give the guest a CD of all the music that will be played at our wedding. Such as the first/last dance, mother/son dance, mother/daughter dance, father/daughter dance, money dance, garter removal/placement dance, bouquet toss, and various reception music. Since I can buy CD's in bulk and engrave them with my laser CD disc engraver on my computer, Then just place them in a nice CD cover with the bride and groom names on them or could use them as place settings (with the guests names on them)..Oh yeah! Cheap and Easy.

Invitations
I was planning on putting together my invitations myself by ordering the regular invitations already printed, then ordering the pocket folders from antother website (Cards&Pockets.com) along with wax and a alphabetical (letter T) seal for the envelope seal (sort of an old english feel) along with some ribbon. Whatcha think if you can picture it all put together. Might not use my weddig colors for the invitations though. I think my colors might make it look tacky. So I am gonna use maybe offwhite or cream with black old english lettering (calligraphy),not sure on the pocket fold yet, but the envelope with be cream color, not sure on the ribbon yet but with a red wax seal featuring the letter T.

The day he gave it to me....
That day he couldn't stop taking pictures of it on my hand, kept repositioning my hand to get a good angle to post on his facebook, as you can see he didn't get a good position. He asked me on our 9th year anniversary. We will be getting married on our 11th year anniversary, but I will be only 31 and half.
