Just a little vent
I should have learned my lesson from my first experience with Efavormart (shipping the wrong color table clothes and then stating that the correct color were in stock and they would re-ship the next day. Next day ended up being a month later)
I placed an order for the 6pc Double Heart wedding set on June 6th. They arrived with in 5 days through UPS, I drive down to WA to pick these and a few other things that I ordered from Efavormart. I get home and open my packages. One of the goblets is broken in 3 pieces. I contact Efavormart and they said no problem we will ship you a new set right away. 7 days later I check the USPS tracking number and it says that it is "Undeliverable as Addressed" WTF? The address is correct and the shipping place accepts packages from USPS.. grr. I contact Efavormart again and they said that they would send out another set. At this time I requested that they ship using UPS since I never had any delivery problems with them. They said "OK, no problem". 5 days pass, then 6, then 7. I contact Efavormart again and they never sent the 2nd replacements out. So they promise that they will ship the goblets in the morning. This was June 24th and guess what... I check the tracking number and today the item again was "Undeliverable as addressed" I just chatted with Efavormart again and lets just say that I was not very impressed. Here is the chat that I had with "Sabrina" from Efavormart Kim: I placed order 27xxx on June 6th. One of the goblets arrived broken.I contacted Efvaormart and the goblets were sent again. I was provided with tracking number91018xxxxxxxxx491. This package was "Undeliverable as Addressed". I contacted Efavormart again and another replacement was shipped (tracking number 9101 xxxx 1xxxx 7519xxxxx 29). I checked the status of this package and it was also "Undeliverable as Addressed". Sabrina: then your address have some problem Sabrina: its not us its USPS Sabrina: they saying it Kim: I have placed orders with Efavormart before with no problems Sabrina: so there must be something wrong in the address Kim: Previously you shipped with UPS Kim: which I asked if you could ship using UPS the last time Sabrina: shipped to this address Sabrina: 115 First Street, Sumas Washington 98295 Kim: Yes Kim: and I have placed other orders to that address and they arrived successfully. Sabrina: please check back by tomorrow at business hours Sabrina: i have to check this with warehouse manager Sabrina: at this time ofice closed Kim: No Sabrina: its 8.36.pm here Kim: You are PST time and your chat says you are available til 11 Sabrina: i am here Sabrina: but if your case i have check with warehouse manager Sabrina: they left Sabrina: not here any more Sabrina: can not check Kim: I dont want them sent again. My wedding is in 5 days. They would never make it in time. I want some sort of refund. Sabrina: have to check back by tomorrow Sabrina: no problem please check back tomorrow between 9.30 am pst to 6.30 pm pst Kim: And ask for a refund then Kim: ? Sabrina: can not say we have shipped this already twice Sabrina: i have check with warehouse manager Sabrina: please come back tomorrow Sabrina: I will check with them I just wanted to give other brides a heads up if ordering items from Efavormart. I suggest that you order items early so you get them in time for your wedding |

Ask a Question
Wedding timeline and other questions...
Does anyone have a wedding time line that they care to share?
Our ceremony starts at 2:00, cocktails at 5:00 and the reception starts at 6:00. We figure the ceremony will last until 2:15-2:30 and then immediately after we will have pics w/ our families at the reception location (outdoor wedding). Around 3:00 we would leave to go do the bride/groom and wedding party pictures. I figure we should be done by 5:00 and that's when the cocktail hour starts. We don't plan on having a receiving line so I was thinking that the we (bride/groom and wedding party) could come for this and do our hellos etc... Is this abnormal? If the reception starts at 6:00 and the meal will be served around 6:30, what do we do to fill that time? How would you do your speeches if you were having a buffet style dinner? I am not big on speeches and don't want my guests to have to sit through a lot. Besides the bride/groom, BM and MH, who else needs to do a speech? Does the FOB need to do one? I honestly cant see my dad going up and doing a speech in front of all these people. |

Wedding Decoration
Another package arrived in the mail today!
I ordered it from the same Ebay seller that I got my garter from a few weeks ago(Trent Valley Mercantile). The ring bearer is going to look so cute walking down the aisle with this angel wing ring pillow.

Ask a Question
Bottled water
For those that are having bottled water, how are you presenting the bottles? Are you putting them in a cooler with ice? A galvanized tub? If so are you doing anything to jazz up the container?
I want to have cool water available for the guests during or after the ceremony since it will be held outdoors. I need some cheap and creative ideas on how to store/present/display the bottles. |

Bridesmaids
My Jr. Bridesmaids came down this weekend and tried on their dresses. What a relief that they fit. I cant wait to see them all dolled up on the wedding day.

DIY Wedding
Started my DIY table numbers
Please mind the mess in the background. Almost every single room in my house has been taken over by wedding stuff.
I have to touch up a few of the frames and easels. I painted them a few months ago and they have been resting in a box since then. I probably should have wrapped them individually in tissue paper when I stored them. I purchased the easels and frames for $1.00 at the Dollar Giant and a two tubes of paint for $2.00. The whole project cost less than $20.00 (minus the cost of the paper) |

Wedding Flowers
My bouquets have arrived
I have to say I am pretty impressed =) I was so scared that the quality would be poor and the colors would be off. I totally recommend the Ebay seller http://stores.shop.ebay.ca/Yesss-i-do-weddings__W0QQ_armrsZ1

Flowergirl pomander
I couldn't find a flower girl basket that I liked so I decided that the flowergirl will be carrying a mini pomander.
