Wedding Website
Mine is done...Are you doing one???

Putting a website together is hard work. Plus all of the data is in flux. Things change all the time with wedding planning. Nevertheless, mine is done. I am not sure how I will share it with my wedding guests. I guess that I can email the link, and forward through facebook.

We left out the registry details. I do not like doing anything that my come off as being tacky.

Are you putting one together? How have you been sharing it? What did you add that did not seem common or what did you leave out?

p.s. the photo is not of me and fh. I am just using that as a sample and I did it through theknot.

We both vlog and blog so we're thinking about doing one for the wedding once our engagement is officially announced, we'll see though, I'd love a place where we can interact with our guests specifically since most of them live far away. If we do it I'd like to chronicle our relationship, the proposal story, a photo album/video page, not sure where I stand on the registry issue, we haven't created one yet

I have a website, and have the registry information posted there. I think it's tacky to put that information in the invitation but not tacky at all to put it on the website. how else will people know where you are registered? I also put 'gifts are by no means required, you're presence is enough on our wedding day! But if you would like to purchase a gift here is the info..' We choose wedding window for our website, I LOVE IT! It looks so professional and they had tons of themes to choose from, we did a story about how we met and also some things about each of us individually(where we grew up etc..) We have our honeymoon info, ceremony and reception info and tons of pictures =) Check it out if you want.. nickandlaurie2011.com!
