We are having an outside gazebo wedding and a Marquee reception. The Marquee has a starry night sky over the dancefloor and droplights behind the top table.

Wedding Reception
Up lights.
We're having a Marquee recpetion, I like the idea of lot's of lights when it's night time so we having a fairy light drop curtain behind the head table, there's light's above the dance floor to look like a night sky and now i'm also considering pink up lights.

Wedding Flowers
The smaller bouquets are possible choices for my bridesmaids and flowergirls (except the white) with pale gold ribbons around the handle. I think i would like a teardrop bouquet similar to the white and red one in the pic but with gold roses. Althoug the orchids are really pretty too...Ahhhhh!

Bridesmaids
I was unsure whether to have baby pink bridesmaids and flowergirls or gold but I think we've decided on the gold. In one of these pics the bridesmaids have pink roses for their bouquets but I was going to have lilies so I edited the pic what d'ya think?
Three of my bridesmaids / flowergirls will be my neices, two will be eleven and one will be nine, the dress is pic three is called Olivia B and they're £69.99 on ebay but I can't seem to find them anywhere else. |

Wedding Decoration
Candy Buffet for reception.
I really want a candy buffet, I think they look fantastic but they're quite expensive for sweets. I'll have to wait and see if we can fit it into the budget. I love the pink and white, but our colour scheme is Pink, white and gold cos hubby likes the gold waistcoats and cravets. So i'll need to add some gold foiled wrapped sweets of maybe just a gold table cloth.

I really can't decide whether to have my hair up or down, ideally I would like it up for the ceremony and down for the reception.

Wedding Cake
I love the little cup cakes, they're a great way of saving money and I think they look better. This may not be the cake I end up with but at the minute it's about the only thing we have decided on.
we going for a crystal cake topper, either a 'd' for my soon to be surname or k & m for our initials. we was going with baby pink but I think we're leaning towards how pink now. |
