Wedding Favors
Mock Up of Favors (Still have some work to do)
Well I love these little black bags I got of of papermart.com, super inexpensive and great quality. I ordered 250 of these little bags to do my favors. I am not using this ribbon on these but I needed to put something there so I could see what it is going to look like. So I am just going to get some dark purple satin ribbon and maybe do knots instead of bows. I have 250 of these things to get done so whatever makes it easier! :) I love them though. In these bags we are going to put popcorn, Im leaning towards Kettle Corn to be exact but we will have to see. Let me know what you think and what kind of popcorn I should put in the bags :)

I just made these tonight, I wish they looked more purple cause the background paper and the ribbon are both dark purple. O well, they are super cute and I even outlined the letters with some black glitter just to add a little something something :) I am having too much fun!!

Final Decision, I sent an e-mail out to all my girls today to let them know these are the dresses that they are going to wear for my wedding. Everyone LOVES them and can't wait to try them on! I will have a purple sash for them for around their waist and I told them they can choose whatever shoes to wear! Hopefully they choose all black so I will be the only one wearing purple shoes!!

Groom/Groomsmen Socks
Argyle Socks
I found some sweet argyle socks today at Target for $2.50...couldn't beat that. They are gray and purple instead of black and purple but I think they will look fine. I bought 5 pairs. One for the groom and some for his 4 groomsmen, since one of his groomsmen already said he can't be in it.
BUT they are amazing, I'm really excited for some pics of them with their socks!! Oh and we decided that the groomsmen are just going to wear all black, dress pants, dress shirt, black belt and black shoes and we are buying them a dark purple tie to wear! And my FH will be in all black suit with the vest and jacket with a purple tie as well. :) Everything is starting to come together! Can't Wait! |

So my little sister is all married and stuff and on her way to live in California. She got married in the IF LDS Temple and her reception was at her church in her hometown. It turned out wonderful! I had lots of fun doing her centerpieces.

Braces
Today I went and got braces on for the second time in my life. Its crazy to have them again. My permanent retainer broke a couple months ago and two of my teeth on the top started to separate. So today I went and got braces on my top six teeth. Hopefully they will move fast and I will have these off by the end of July beginning of August. I am NOT going to have them in my engagement and bridal pics.
Right now my teeth hurt so BAD. But I know it will be worth it to have my perfect smile again. |

the photographer is www.klkphotography.com AMAZING! Took my breath away, just all the details as well as the white pumpkins!! I nixed the idea of using pumpkins after I changed my venue. But seeing these pics gave me some new inspiration! I LOVE IT! Love the dark and the purple. Purple calla lilies and purple protea! dang. hopefully my wedding will look this amazing! These pics even go with the CAKE that I found!! This cake on pic number 2 is my final decision, but it will only be three layers! Gorgeous! I LOVE her black crinoline too! |

Honeymoon
Sail in 317 Days...
317 Days Until We Sail! Our honeymoon is going to be amazing!! I can't wait. We are going on a 7 day Mexican Riviera cruise. We sail out of Long Beach and head to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas and then back to L.A. Has anyone ever been on this cruise before? Just let me know what excursions you like the most. That is our next step, deciding what we are going to do. :) OR if there is anything we just absolutely have to see at our destinations, please let me know. We are lucky that his parents have so kindly decided to pay for our whole honeymoon. ( I can't thank them enough!) And Im still nervous cause this will be my first cruise ever and FH is excited to be on a big ship again. (he was in the Navy!) But thanks everyone. Hope to hear some ideas soon.
