Foods You Can Dye Green
With a little green food coloring, you can make almost any soft-textured, light-colored food into a Saint Patricks Day green color food. Some good examples of foods that are easy to tint green for St Patrick's Day are:
• Alfredo Sauce
• Cake Frosting (white/light colored, any flavor)
• Cheese Sauces (homemade or purchased)
• Cookie Doughs (add to dough-- light colored dough is easiest)
• Cream Cheese (mixtures or garnishes)
• Deviled Eggs (add to yolk mixture)
• Dips (ANY cream cheese, mayo, or other light-colored dip!)
• Homemade Breads or Biscuits (add to dough-- white flour is best)
