My Engagement Ring
I realized that I never included a picture of my engagement ring in my blog...so here it is! It is by Natalie K. My wedding band is exactly like the band on the engagement ring. My engagement ring has 67 diamonds including the center stone, and if you can see has a little crown shape on either side. I love that it has an antique setting, and I think it will be timeless. I also like that the bands are very thick. I am a tall girl (5'10") and wanted something thick. With my band, my entire area under my knuckle is almost full.

Not sure if you girls are familiar with this store- it is usually only found in airports. I actually just went on a cruise and they had this brand in the onboard store. Everything there is $10!!! I bought evening purses in hot pink for my two maids of honor. I thought about buying for all the girls, but they did not have enough in the store. If you are looking to buy for your girls on the cheap, check it out! They also have a ton of other stuff.

Gifts for your girls?
What is everyone doing to honor the girls in your wedding party? I ordered monogramed totes with each girl's first name. I ordered them off theknot.com, and they were on sale for $12 each (white bag with black straps and hot pink writing). I also got them for my flowergirls in smaller sizes, and I paid $8 for them (white bag with pink straps and black writing). Inside everyone is getting a painted wine glass which is personalized to them. I have found them all at Marshalls/HomeGoods/TJ Maxx for about $5 each. I am also going to give them a bottle of wine that they like. Besides that, I am sticking to a mongram theme and have been finding all kinds of things personalized to them. I am also thinking of trying to find inexpensive black jewelry to match their black dresses. It has been pretty fun! I think I am going to spend about $50 each beacuse of all of my bargain hunting....but I do have 9 girls to buy for! (Plus 4 flowergirls!!!) What are you ladies doing?

Flowergirl dress drama...this is the final choice.
So this is the 3rd flowergirl dress I have found for my 4 flowergirls! But- it is the final one. And very cute for black/white/fuschia brides so I thought I would pass along the information. It's new at Target, and $20.

Help! What do you think of flowergirls wearing black, like my bridesmaids?!?!?
Well....I found a flowergirl dress that I loved from Wal-Mart that I showed on a previous post. I thought everything was all good, until they did not fit well, and we had a hard time finding more of them in the correct size.

Anyways, I found these dresses from Target on clearance for $16. I bought them in all the correct sizes for my 4 flowergirls. The first dress was black and white. This dress, as you can see, is all black.

My bridesmaids are wearing all black, so I thought it was cute. Then my mom said, "You are going to put little girls in all black?!?" It kind of annoyed me, but now it is sticking in my mind.

I am considering adding a pink flower in place of the broach in the front, and maybe adding a white ribbon around the bodice, replacing the black tie.

What do you girls think????

Frames!!! Fuschia and Black glossy Damask!!!
I was so excited when I found these yesterday! I also found these at HomeGoods. I have seen similar ones all over lately at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods (because they are owned by the same company). Anyways, I have wanted them but they were at the cheapest 6 dollars per frame.

I happened to find them yesterday on clearance for only $3 per frame! They are high quality metal, with glass for the photo covers. I love them, and they are the exact colors I need!

I plan to use them as table labels such as on the candy buffet table, guest book table, place cards etc....

I bought 9 in total, but this is a look at the different shapes I got. Check it out!

Hey girls of WBC and damask brides- I don't know about you, but I have been looking all over the place to try and find damask decorated baskets that were black and white and not ivory and white. I finally found these yesterday from HomeGoods!

They had all different sizes. I got the smallest size in two shapes, and the next size up in rectangle only.

I plan on using the more round baskets for my nieces to hand out programs and bubbles in.

I plan on using the small rectangle baskets for the reception bathroom goodies.

And lastly, the large rectangle baskets will be used for the candy buffet on the ends, holding the take out containers.

Go get 'em!!!!

Damask/Black and White bathroom goodies/decor for reception!
Here is a look at my collection of damask bathroom things for the reception! All purchased at TJ Maxx or Marshalls (of course!!!).

The first is a tissue cover. It is wooden and is actually from a designer that does baby furniture accessories! haha, it works though!

The second picture has my linen room spray that I plan to put in the bathroom stalls and a "K" monogramed reed diffuser.

The third are monogramed embroidered "K" towels that I plan to put in each bathroom.

I love little details and I want the damask/black and white to be everywhere!!! :)

Here are my nieces in their dresses! $16 from Wal-Mart!!! I didn't want my sister-in-laws to have to spend a lot of money for one day. They will look ADORABLE with the black bridesmaid dresses!
