I LOVED IT!!
Here is a picture of my wedding dress. I loved the way it looked in pictures, it was exactly what i wanted!! BUT- so heavy and got very uncomfortable by the end of the night!

BIG SURPRISE from Germany
10 years ago our family had an ezchange student live with us for one year from Germany, shes came to visit one about 3 years ago with her daughter, Laura. I've talked to Franziska on the phone about the wedding becuase she really wanted to come but couldn't afforf it and all I kept thinking was-her daughter would make the perfect flower girl! and I would love the visit of course!! So at my shower, a week before the wedding, SURPRISE!!! they come walking in and I got my flower girl!

I searched the interent high and low for a red cake and I just couldn't find one so i made one up my self and got a local lady to make it for me, it was my DREAM cake!!

Wedding Day!!
All done and over with!
Best day of my life!! For all you who are anxiously waiting for your wedding day, it comes and goes so fast! My day was last saturday and it was perfect! I LOVED the way everything turned out and the things that didn't turn out quite as planned didnt even bother me. When its the accuall day you just don't care about anything but having fun! It was a blast, happy its done but the best memeries i could ask for!

Well, Niagra falls fell thru so now we are headed out for a cruise on OCt.22!! Cozamell Mexico, Cayman Islands, and Jamicia!!! Can't really ask for anything better!

Wedding Decoration
WHA WHOO!!
So, totally lucked out for decorating....in my small town the grad ceremony is always in the fall and usually its in the hockey rink in our rec centre but this year they are having it in the curling rink, a month before my wedding. Their colors this year are red and black, mine as well, and it is my fiance's sisters class so my future in laws are very much a part of the decorating and taking down process. so, I talked to the grad parent society and they are going to decorate the ENTIRE curling rink, (more then what i was going to do) and leave it up for me!! Big time lucked out and bonus....not to stressful for me!!

We got our invites made at a place in Stettler Alberta. They are made out of sliced cherry wood, very pretty and then our picture and imformation was lasored on. I know what your thinking...HOW MUCH!! Well, it is about 8" 13" and they were @2.50 each! This guy does the coolest stuff, he has wooden albums that he lasors your picture on and tons more. Wood Crafts by Dave, and you can find him on the net.
