I'm putting a ring on it!
Found the perfect band for him!
Ever since Reed & I started dating, we had looked in jewelry stores to try to find a man's wedding band with diamonds that we both liked because I had never seen one I liked...
The day before we got engaged while on the cruise, we found one in the Bahamas that we liked with alternating diamonds & black diamonds but to get it set in white gold instead of sterling silver was going to be expensive. We FINALLY found one at Helzberg & when he tried it on it was a perfect fit. It has sapphires in it which is one of our wedding colors because its the birthstone of the month that we got engaged. We also got it for a very good deal because it was pre-owned. I'm so excited that we finally found one that we both like & it's perfect!! |

Thank you cards
I got a great deal on thank you cards from Joann's. These are 50 count packs originally $14.99 & I got them for $2.99 each! I like them because we can give everyone a wallet picture with it so we don't get the "When do we get pictures? I want one!" comments lol! It just says 'Thank you' several times on the front & on the inside they are blank so we can print them or write our own note.

Wedding Dress
I SAID YES TO THE DRESS
There was a bridal store closing down about an hour and a half away from where I live. I honestly didn't have the money for a dress, but since everything was 50% off, my fiance said I should go look. He also said that if I find a dress as picky as I am, he would be damned if I didn't get it.
When I walked into the store *named THE PERFECT DRESS* I really didn't expect to find anything. It had already been picked over. Most of the dresses were way too big, but my mom said they could be taken in so we looked around. I took 1 dress to the fitting room & told the store associate that when the other girl got done with the display dress, I would like to try it on too. Both dresses were nice. It was hard to tell if the 2nd one was "the one" because it was so big on me. I liked it a lot but wasn't in love with the back of it... Then she brought one out that had been in a dressing room & asked if I'd like to try that one on. I hadn't seen it, but I thought it was pretty so I agreed. It fit like a glove, other than being too long because I'm so short! I felt like a princess in it & everyone in the store was coming up to tell me how beautiful I looked in it. I knew that was it when my mom started to tear up after I tried on a veil with it too. So excited that we found it in the first store & the discount very much helps too! ;) The pocket sold me on it. It's the perfect dress for me! |

I have missed being on WBC. I recently have moved & started a new job & it just seems like things are never going to settle down for me!
I just started working at Hallmark. I was working in restaurant before, but there was so much drama... This is a fun, relaxing environment. Everyone is so friendly here, you very rarely get rude customers. So far, I'm loving it! I am also loving my discounts!!! I get 40% off in store (50% on service appreciation weeks) including clearance/sale! Oh, did I mention I can order our wedding invitations/programs/napkins thru Carlson Crafts with my discount?! :-D I hope to be able to slow down & get on a little more... I still have 3 years until the wedding but I like to read/comment on your posts when I have the chance! I have recently joined Pinterest, & if you ladies aren't on there yet, let me know if you need me to send you an invite! It's wonderful, not only for wedding ideas but home, kids, diy, etc... great find at a grocery store!!
My Fh found these blue orchids at Ingles grocery store & they are a perfect shade of blue! According to the site listed below, they bloom in the winter so that's perfect! Only problem is that it says that they are rare & in other research they are JUST coming to the US, so I wonder how expensive they would be...
