So, I took a trip to Micheal's today-SHOCKER!- and they had these palm leaf fans.. they instantly reminded me of the tropics and I started coming up with ideas of ways to use them in my head, they would have made GREAT programs but I already made my fan programs(see prior blog post!)
My mom said I could use them for menus and a favor. Like glue the menu on the palm tree fan and place at each setting, maybe tie a piece of brightly colored ribbon around the handle to bring some color. I was thinking I would do the menu in a white background and bright pink,lime green and orange colors.
What do you girls think of this idea? Before I buy the fans and cardstock to print up the menus I need your advice!!! I think it would really add to the tropical feel I want to create at the tables as well =)
