I mostly put this timeline together myself but my coordinator went ahead and finalized everything, minus the dress change(since I didn't get a dress) This is the timeline! I've been SO busy I haven't had time to update or even drop by and comment on anyone's posts which makes me sad, not only is the wedding taking up 99% of my time, my son and his friends are keeping me more then busy and I feel horrible that I haven't had more time to play and hang out with him! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't ready for the wedding to be past us! I'm super excited but I would like to move on with my life.. LOL I wanted to post this timeline though in hopes that it might help some other brides! There are a lot of things I didn't think of, (like making sure the florist will be there before you do the first look photos so you have your bouquet!) or who will be packing up the stuff at the end of the Reception, who will announce and try to get everyone back to the guest house for the after party etc..) Anyways, here's the timeline! Will try my best to update you girls on some other stuff later!

Rill/Scardina Wedding Day Itinerary
Saturday, July 30, 2011
6:00pm Ceremony
6:30pm – 11pm Reception

10:00 a.m. Bride, bridesmaids, flower girl, and mother of bride meet at guest house
11:00 p.m. Groom, groomsmen, and fathers meet at guest house
11:30 a.m. Girls have lunch at Mangos
12:00 p.m. Guys have lunch
2:00 p.m. Hair stylist and makeup artist arrive at guest house
Guys start getting ready at guest house
3:00 p.m. Photographer arrives at guest house for “getting ready” photos
3:30 p.m. Florist arrives - delivers bridal party flowers to guest house
4:00 p.m. First Look photo
4:00 p.m. Cake is delivered to reception
4:15 p.m. Bridal party and family photos
5:00 p.m. Ceremony musicians arrive
DJ arrives
5:15 p.m. Shuttle bus from Westminster drops off guests at ceremony site
5:30 p.m. Photographers finish all pre-ceremony photos
Girls and family return to guest house
Groom and Groomsmen to arrive at ceremony site - Matt to hand out programs
Ceremony prelude music begins
Guests begin to arrive
5:50 p.m. Bridal party/parents leave guest house and head to ceremony
6:00 p.m. Ceremony Begins
Processional begins with Officiant, Groom, and groomsmen

6:05 p.m. Bridal Processional
6:30 p.m. End of ceremony
Bridal party and parents gather to finish photos
Cocktail Hour Begins
7:10 p.m. Photos finish up
Guests are seated
7:15 p.m. Bridal party introductions
7:20 p.m. Mother/Son & Mother/Son Dance
7:25 p.m. Toasts - BM & MOH along with letter to MOM
7:30 p.m. Dinner is served / Slideshow begins
8:30 p.m. Cake Cutting
Chocolate fountain is available
8:40 p.m. Bride to change dress - in bridal suite across parking lot
8:45 p.m. First Dance
9:15 p.m. Bouquet / Garter
9:25 p.m. Open Dancing
10:45 p.m. DJ announces departure time of shuttle bus to Westminster
10:50 p.m. Sparkler Send-off photo
11:00 p.m. End of Reception
Shuttle bus to Westminster leaves
After-party at Guest House

I'm not sure people realize all the little details! I didn't until my wedding coordinator made me aware of them, without her I think my day would have been a disaster!

Thank you for posting this! Your timeline looks a lot like ours (as I've said before) so after seeing this I was inspired to get a start on one for our day. I even did one for the three days beforehand...seems like there's so much to do and I will probably keep adding to it!

It looks like you have a great timeline at least you got it put together a couple weeks ahead of time:)  I agree with you Laurie, that there are soo many small details to remember! That's my number thing that I wish I would have done was have a DOC!  Things would have went ALOT smoother, especially for getting ready and the hall decorated:)  He/She should help ease some of the stress throughout your day!  You'll have a professional to do all of those smaller things for you:)  I know you will be ready and have planned out perfectly!!  You are going to have a beautiful day!  Just remember to sit back and enjoy it because it goes all TOO fast!

@Mindy- she was worth every penny. Like my fiancee said I deserve to sit back and enjoy all my hard work! The fact that I have her helps me feel tons better about my wedding day! I'm getting so anxious! I'm so excited to share my day with my amazing FH =)
