Backround Decor

So I live in a town where unfortunately there aren't many venues to choose from. We finally found one that worked well with our budget and looks nice. So lately I've been looking around for ways to decorate the venue without putting anything on the walls itself. (Which isn't allowed)
I came across pic #1 and thought it would be a cute idea, but wanted something a little bigger to cover more area. After looking around some more, i came across pic #2. I love this idea and would look great with pics of us from early childhood to present time. I showed this to my FH and he said he could easily put together a stand in the size i needed. With some easy draping and little creativity , i think it would work out great.
In our venue there's a small room that you need to go through in order to get to the main ballroom. I thought this would be great to put in there. What do you ladies think?
