How long did you date before you got engaged?
3 and a half years Did you get the ring you wanted? The ring I got is better than I ever could have imagined Was the proposal a complete surprise? not really I knew it was coming and he was very nervous so I knew something was up Do you wish you had a bigger/smaller diamond? If so How big or small? No, my ring is PERFECT! Did you cry when he proposed? No I just smiled! When do you want to go for your honeymoon? most likely december after the wedding Are you buying his wedding band for him? I just need to vent
My FMIL told us she would give us the money for our venue on Monday we have called her twice and text her twice asking her what's going on and she never returns our calls or texts...we are fine with paying for it but she said she wanted to help and now won't even talk to us so we might loose our venue date UGHHHHH!

UGHH what to do? I need your help!
My sister in law and sister would like to have a bridal shower for me BUT they did the same thing for my other sister and they wanted to go as cheap as possible so not food, just punch and nuts and mints, there were really no decorations and it was in a "dirty" hall which was the cheapest one around. I have told them I would like to plan and put on my own shower BUT they keep saying "no no we would love to plan your party" How do I tell them I don't want to have just a cheap shower! I don't even need them to pay for it..I will pay for it but I am not one to stand up for myself if it could hurt someone else and I also do not want to be bridezilla so I need your help!!!!
