I desperately need some help. My fiance wanted the entire wedding to be in black and gold (after his college colors). He is a die-hard Purdue Boilermaker fan and was pretty much brainwashed at birth with these colors. Our wedding is even on a bi-week for football (SEPTEMBER 24th). He is dead set on having all the guys wear gold vests with black.....but I have to coordinate around that. Now given if this was my first wedding I would be a little more bridzilla! But this is his first so I figure a compromise....at first I was going to go with a gem colored purple dresses for my bridesmaids (only 2) but I didn't like any of the purple at David's Bridal, but I love their MALIBU or CORNFLOWER blue (he even mentioned, oh no that would be to much like Notre Dame colors, SERIOUSLY?) What about the REGENCY or LAPIS for purple then? What colors are okay for late September, is blue too summery and for early summer or is the MALIBU okay for late fall....I don't know but I need help and have to decide quick! Please any suggestions are welcome!
