The Proposal

robert and I have a favorite hill on my families cattle farm, we call it "truth hill." I don't really know why, but that is what Robert has called it
from the get go. Well, we had driven up to the hill for one of our usual late night talks and we got out of the Jeep to look out over the farm and the river valley. The lights from the Jeep made everything glow and it really was beautiful. He was hugging me and then lifted his leg and wrapped it around me, I was afraid that he was gonna tackle me to the ground. As it turned out, the ring was in his boot. haha. but he put his leg down and dropped down on one knee. He pulled out a blue velvet box, and i started to laugh, I was just so happy. He opened the box and asked the big question, "will you marry me?" I answered with a big smile and a tackle to the ground. With kisses and laughs, we just hugged. It was such an awesome moment.
