Silky goodness
So I honestly dont like real flowers.... they are pretty and smell nice and all, dont get me wrong... but spending HUNDREDS of dollars on something I dont like in the first place made me kinda ill :P
So I went online and found an amazing silk flower package, done by the nicest lady... in all the flowers and colours I love and want :D I needed someone that has flowers that match David's Bridal colour Apple :D As the MOH and BMs have that colour of dress, which throws off any red flower :D Best part is they are only going to cost $120 :) I get My cascade bouquet MOH bouquet 3 BM bouquets 1 grooms bout 1 bestman bout 3 groomsmen bouts 4 father/grandfather bouts 4 corsages 4extra bouts Perfect number for my wedding party :D I mean sure they arent as realistic as real... and the pictures dont do her work justice.... a friend of mine ordered through her and her stuff is wonderful :D |

THE RING!!!
Have been searching for the perfect black diamond engagement ring :D
Long story short, should have resized the 1st ring as I lost 25lbs and well didnt get around to it.... Fiance wanted a new ring anyway, but then my 1st ring flew off and we are unable to find it!!! And search I did... found 2 that were perfect... then though EBAY!!!! Well YAY!! Right as I looked on EBAY found my ring!!! Exactly what I wanted!!! So as stressful as the auction was I got a $2200 black diamond ring with diamonds down each side for $256 :P papers and everything, good seller, checked with ebay before and they are good :) YAY :D |

A Halloween Wedding
So when we decided on a Halloween wedding one them came to mind!!
Nightmare Before Christmas!!! It is our MOST FAVE movie and my son's as well... so what better theme to throw in right :D I have a particular theme that will be weaved in and it is the pic I posted of Jack and Sally standing on the curled hill, facing eachother hand in hand... It is our cake topper, our invitations, sillouette decor etc etc My MOH is crazy artistically talented and will be papermaching characters to add around the reception area :P Heck it is even going to be my next tattoo :D teehee AT the end of the evening my hubby and I will run away and come back as Jack and Sally :D Of course the ceremony is totally traditional.... but the reception HECK NO :P We are doing a costume ball :P No booze as I dont drink an my FH is an ex-alcoholic, so is set up drink specials at the bar down the hall :P So much fun when you have a theme that means something to you, the ideas just keep FLOWING |

Wedding Dress
The dress... the shoes... the look :P
SO I live right by the Vancouver Airport(richmond, bc, canada)
I bought my dress at the closest David's Bridal(Burlington, Washington) I was kinda bummed when I went to try it on(1.5hrs away :P) cause they didnt have the Ivory with Apple sash haha but regardless I wanted to try the style :D This was back in September :P I ordered it right then and there!!! It finally came in back in december, but of course we got a dump of 2 feet of snow that basically stayed for a month, cold, icy just not safe to drive down to the states.... totally sad :( So finally back in janurary I was able to head down with one of my BMs and pick it up!!! I ws at my mom's for dinner one day, and brought all my stuff with me to try on :P I was minus proper bra and the crinoline as was waiting for them to come from the states, but you get the idea :D |
