Bridesmaids
Two MOH?

Is anyone else thinking of having two MOH?

I still haven't gotten a reply from one of my girls, the one I would have as my second MOH but I am thinking of changing my BM dresses to way cheaper ones that way me and her are both looking at less money (I plan on trying to help her out as much as I can (previous posts)) also it looks like a lot of things might be in the changing, who knows whats next!!

LOL I actually have 5 Maid of Honors with 1 matron and 2 jr BM.

All my girls are my best friends for different reasons and I couldn't decide between them. My matron is like a sister to me but all my other girls and I are really really close also....so no regular BM's for me.

Thanks for posting this.  I've been on the fence about this myself.  I think it's fine.

My lil sis is my MOH but since last week I 've been thinking about how close of a friendship I have with one of my bridesmaids.  We have been friends since the 1st day of 8th grade.  She met her husband at that time also (whom I went to school with since we were 5 yrs. old).  Wherever I have been in the world she has always been a phone call or visit away for all situations!  

I found a plate in Stein Mart that states, "The only reason God didn't make us sisters is because we would be to much for one mother."  It's one of her bridal gifts that I'll tuck in her gift bag.  I'm thinking of adding a program also and on the program she will see that she is listed as a MOH.

We're both Aquarius's and sentimental creatures so it is most likely that she'll cry which will get me started.  LOL

I'm only having 1 BM so she's kinda my MOH. Thats nice of you to try to help her with the dress cost.

I'm also having two...well one is married and the other isn't so I'm having one Matron of Honor and one Maid of Honor. It's your wedding girlie..so I would do whatever makes you happy =)

I think it's fine. I was considering having a Matron of Honour and a Maid of Honour but decided that it might get confusing with things like who will witness for me and who will do the toast. The Bridesmaid that I would have added as the second (Maid of Honour) said herself that it's really just a title and doesn't matter much (esp since I won't be having a bachelorette or anything like that).

I joke that the one is my MOH but the other is my Acting MOH (since she's the only one that lives here and so helps me out the most). :)

mmmm.....I havnt thought of having two - nice idea!

Im in a bit of a predicament. I want one of my very close friends to be my MOH and my two sisters as BM, im afraid that my sisters are going to get up set . . . . . . . so I am still to find a solution to this!

grovestobewilson, my FH has 2 brothers and I have 1, that would be half of his groomsmen! (were having 6 I do believe) I believe we are just going to have all 3 brothers as ushers..? or maybe 2 ushers and 1 hands out programs? not sure on that part.. but then my sister is my MOH or would she matron (shes divorced..) that way atleast our siblings are involved and not just another guest..

I am too,... I have my best friend from when I was little and my new friend from now.  Also, one lives far away so it works out well.
It's cool they just split the responsibilities!
