My fiance's uncle is renting us a limo for the day so we can ride in style!

Just ordered my veil off ebay!! So excited. only 23 dollars, it beats having to pay 140 for one. lol
I looks similar to this one but it wouldn't let me save the pic. the veil i ordered is white, not ivory and it has extra puffiness & it's fingertip length. I wanted one with no beads or crystals on it because my dress is already heavily decorated and didn't want it to be too much crazyness.
I will wear it over the the hair. I can't wait to see it with the hairstyle i picked!

I am in love with Mac cosmetics!! I am going to schedule a trial makeup session with Mac makeup artist. :)

I am scheduling my trial hair at this place...They have done a great job in the past on my hair when i was a bridesmaid. They are a full spa so i am thinking my girls and I will get our nails done & facials there before the big day as well. Can't wait!

Originally i picked a gold band so that my fiance' didn't have to pay more for a diamond eternity wedding band..He surprised me! He got this gold band with diamonds without me knowing lol I love it! It looks all glittery next to my engagement ring! I am such a sparkle girl lol

We have decided to wait to go to san diego at a later time. Which was our original plan for a honeymoon.... We have now decided we are going to MEXICO instead. We figured we might as well go somewhere tropical since we have never been anywhere like these places
either trying to decide on Cabo san lucas, Puerto vallarta or cozumel...

I loved this!!

I have finally figured out a centerpiece!!! With the help of hobby lobby I made these. They will go on the tables on top of white table clothes and we will sprinkle light pink confetti & the fuschia & violet colored favor bags will be at every seating area.

There are just so many to choose from!! There is TIARAS, HAIR PINS, BROACHES, HAIR COMBS, FEATHERS, FLOWERS!

I am leaning towards the flower since my dress is already full of sparkles and my wedding jewelry will be sparkley I don't want to look like a las vegas show girl lol So I think a white flower on one side of my hair will somewhat tone it down.

What did you ladies decide on which hair decoration you want to use???

Just bought these from Hobby lobby! I think we might go with either regular champagne or Don perignon..

Love the little hearts

I have looked high and low and finally found & ordered my wedding shoes. These are "Delicious locate pumps" in white. I actually have these in black and they are really comfortable and i love how cute they are!!! I am so happy i found them!! My mom was helping look for wedding shoes and she came across this the cutesyshoes website and told me she had found the shoes that i had been looking for!
They were on sale for 17.99 and it's 10.00 for shipping & handling which is a great deal because my shoe budget was like 50 dollars lol
I almost gave up too, because I kept finding these shoes in nothing but black, red, hot pink. gold, brown & light blue.

I am trying to figure out what kind of fresh flowers I am using for the bouquets. I know I love Lilies so that's a definite. I've also had my eye on orchids or possibly peonies.There are just so many ways to arrange flowers. I guess that's what makes bouquets unique. :p I really don't want any babies breath in it either.
Some of these photos don't have our exact wedding colors, but I was just trying to get an idea of the flower.

Anyone else having a hard time choosing???

I have decided to have my bridesmaids carry fuschia, violet and pink orchids & peonies and My bridal bouquet will be the pinkish-purple-ish lillies (oriental lillies??) and fuschia roses w/ white orchids.

Is anyone else thinking about having their flower girl wear one? Is it too over the top? or cute?

I was trying to figure out the exact color I wanted my bridesmaids to wear...I know I wanted my MOH to wear the same color fuschia as my ribbon on my dress. So then a great idea popped in my head!!! Why not have three different colors. I think the colors will look really pretty all mixed.


AMBER my MOH will wear (Fuschia)
DEIDRE will wear (Pink)
DESIREE will wear (Violet)

I am looking for something like this for my necklace. Sort of a iredescent shimmery color.

I am choosing Charlie White perfume for my wedding day, because it's not expensive and it just smells so damn good lol It really does smell light, romantic & fresh.

This is my inspiration for our centerpieces. The vases are bigger though and the ribbon will be fuschia. inside will be clear beads so that the prizm colored spray & butterflies will stand up better. I love this idea!! It's a different idea from the normal flower or candle centerpieces.

We have gone taste testing!!! We tasted all together 8 different flavors from the bakery that we are ordering from..
My tier i picked will be "Cherry Chantilly" & my fiance's tier will be "Chocolate Caramel Royale". The third tier will just be "champagne & strawberries" flavor which we didn't think would taste good in a cake, but turned out to be soooo good.

Anyone else have fun getting a sugar rush? lol

We love the whole bbq theme to go with our early summer wedding. We are having things like smoked brisket, ribs, steak & chicken. The sides will include cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans & Mandarin orange salad. (the salad is made of lettuce, purple onions, mandarin oranges, tomoatos, sliced almonds & raspberry vinagarette dressing)
Appetizers will include fruit trays & candy..

The beverages are Soda, lemonade, Beer, White Wine (so it doesn't stain), margaritas or pink mixed drinks and of coarse champagne for the toast.

My aunt is going to give us a big discount from her catering buisiness and we are still having the bbq theme. Yum!!!

My mom & my MOH are planning a luau bridal shower for me. We are going to have tropical drinks & food. They came up with the idea of freezing pineapple cubes to put in the drinks... I think it's a cute idea. :P

I thought it would be really nice to take a day and just go and pamper ourselves before the wedding. I am taking my girls to get a facial then we are going to go get our nails done.
It's nice way to bond with them & relax at the same time.

This is a cute idea for favor bags!!! Whether it's for a bridal shower or bachelorette party.

I am ordering these favor bags!! We are filling these with JELLY BELLYS & M&M'S with our names on them.

Just wondering what all you ladies have decided for your cake toppers...We kind of have an idea of what we want but aren't sure. This cake topper is cute and non traditional.

We are asking the bartender to make drinks like this..I think it goes well with our early summer wedding. :)

I definitely want to be comfortable on the day of my wedding while i am getting my makeup & hair done. I also want to get them for my bridesmaids as well.

Our ring pillow is almost exactly like this..It's simple yet elegant. We are adding pink and purple ribons for the wedding rings to hang off of.

We are making programs for all of the guests to have when they come in the door.
It will list the wedding party & food menu.

We are decorating the path way with fuschia colored rose petals & our flower girl will have light pink petals in her basket.

Is anyone else planning the old tradition of the money dance at the reception?? It's where the guests dance with either the bride or groom and they pin money on you..I thought about it, but is it tacky?

This song better suits us & up until now we forgot about this song until we recently heard it on the radio & the words just fit.

My baby did a good job!! I love it! It's a 14 kt gold 1/2 carat diamond in a tension setting. I really love that he chose it all on his own. It makes it all the more special. I love the fact that it doesn't over power my small hand.

My fiance' and I have been together for three years and have talked about getting married in the future, but nothing really official so...

I had no idea what he was up to!! lol It was midnight and we wereat his apartment & he asked me to do him a favor and get him a piece of paper from the closet for him..So i went over to the closet & inside was a piece of paper with something written on it with red marker. He had written a poem on how that the day he buried his mother (she passed away from breast cancer 5 years ago) he didn't ever think he would be happy again until he met me.That there was a reason we found each other etc...At the the end of the page there was a little flap at the bottom that said "please read last" so i lifted it and it said "WILL YOU MARRY ME"? I started crying and i came into the living room where he was on one knee and he asked me "Will you marry me?" I was crying and i said YES!"
It was the most happiest moment of my life!
Also I didn't even know this until everyone told me they knew he was going to do this, but he met with my mom & dad before hand and asked for approval..My parents said of coarse and that they were absolutely thrilled!!

Ronnie is having our good friend Victor as his best man. and his groomsman will be my brother Anthony & my bff Daniel.

This I the ring I just recently bought for my fiance' I love it. the satin finish gold matches my engagement ring. I didn't want to just get him a plain gold band. This was the first ring I looked at and loved it for him. The satin finish is pretty up close.

We really wanted an outside wedding and this was the perfect spot...This place was built in the 1800's and is historic house in the city of arvada, it is owned by a family business so it is affordable! It has beautiful landscaping.The inside has a place for everything! The rooms upstairs are for the bride and there is a dressing room for the groom and groomsman. They also have a room just for food and the wedding cake..A room for the bar and kitchen with an ice machine... The reception room is beautiful and the outside is also gorgeous.
The inside is just as nice...It fits 150-200 people so it's nice and cozy for a small wedding. I think right now we have 125 on our guest list.
My best friend's grandfather is a pastor and will be the officiant of our ceremony.
We are so happy to have found this place...It fits the vision we had about what kind of place to get married.

Our ceremony starts at 5:00pm and our reception ends at 12:00am

The pics are kind of dark, but I will be taking more when I do my 2nd fitting.

It was the first dress I tried on and loved it from the moment I saw it!!!! It's a satin dress and the lace overlay has sequins, beading & pearls with a semi-cathedral train... It is $959.00 but i can make payments.......
I figure that if i am going to be spending alot of money on a dress it will be on one that i love...
The front of the dress will have the fuschia colored ribbon..The bridesmaids will be wearing the same color Fuschia...
This dress made me feel like a princess...It is a bit heavy since i am 5'1" they have to take off 3 inches from the hem lol. there are buttons in the back to bustle it for the reception. I am adding a fluffy skirt thing underneath.
I just loved the overall look of it and the sparkley sequins is what made this dress stand out...I also like that the top of the dress is so fitted.

nevermind the weird faces i am making lol my dad was snapping pictures when i wasn't even ready lol
