*Bridal Party Gifts!*

After making my own DIY Mr. and Mrs. Toasting flutes I thought how cute would it be to make my bridal party personal wine glasses to use the day of my wedding! Then while I was shopping for the supplies I ran into these beautiful beads and they were all on sale so I thought "hey, why not try to make their jewellery for the wedding?"...so I did! :)

Heres the low down on the supplies I needed and the costs (roughly):

Wine Glasses:

Wine glasses from the dollar store ($1 each)

Scrapbook letters for their names (on sale for $2.50- I used a pack that came with 4 of each letter so I only needed one pack!)

Scrapbook rhinestone design ($4 for a pack of 4 x 2 packs)


Bracelets:

Assorted beads from Michaels- Each strand of beads was on sale for $5 and i bought about $50.00 worth, divide by 6 bridesmaids = about $8.00

Elastic jewellery string (as each girl has a different sized wrist) $3.50

fasteners (not necessary as you can tie the string together at the end, but since I did a double bracelet to make it chunkier i needed the use the fasteners- $5.50 for a pack which includes earring hooks and wires

so in total i spent about $12.50 per girl for these two items!

I am planning on making matching earrings for each girl! I will also be paying for each of their make-up applications($55) that day and I am hoping to buy a little purse of some sort for each of them and add a lip gloss!

The bacelets sparkle soooo much but you can't tell in the pics! And the letters I used for the girl's names are also sparkly! You'll notice I also made a wine glass for myself ;) I am planning on giving the girls their gifts at the rehersal dinner, then we can use our wine glasses when we are getting ready! Then I am going to ask my aunt (or someone who will be helping out that day) to bring them to the reception hall and put them by our spots at the head tables!


I am making the guys "men's" versions of the wine glasses but they will be pint glasses with mustaches on them! :) Ill post when i get them done! :)
