Where should I get the Candy?
Can anyone give me some advice on where to order my candy?
There aren't any places around St. Louis to buy bulk candy...so, its going to have to be online. Does anyone have any good recomendations? |

Bridesmaids
Bridesmaids jewelry?!?
So, originally I thought that purple and gold jewelry would go great together....but 2 of the bridesmaids dresses have a silver (diamond) broach on the dress. How should I go about the jewelry? Do you think they should all wear silver because the gold mixed with silver would look stupid?
I really wanted them to wear something like the second picture...with a golden colored crystal pendant. Ahh, I'm so confused! |

DIY Wedding
Everything is coming together!
I did a bunch of DIY this weekend...and surprisingly everything turned out great! I was starting to get worried that my "theme" didn't go together, but it looks like everything is coming together....and there is a flow to the design.
1) & 2). I did a sample of the reserved signs, and I think I like the white over the pink & purple, rather than just the pink over the purple...since the chairs are white I think it goes better. 3) & 4). Oooh doesn't the ribbon board look good! 5) & 6). I also made a mock sample menu to place in the napkins at each seat...something I wasn't going to do, but it looks so cute! 7). I did a mock ceremony program too! The design on the program/menu/place cards I got from Pashweddings.com 8)I tested out one of the candy bar vases with the ribbon I bought and the cardstock I'm going to Please if your looking for free templates with actually "nice" designs go to Pashwedding.com ! |

So 10 bucks for a monogrammed make-up bag is a really good deal! They also have purses, totes, cute beach bags, coozie cups, umbrellas, flipflops, mugs, jewelery....tons of things! 2). eyesfacelips.com They have really affordable and cute make-up and make-up bags! I wanted to fill all the girls make-up bags, so I bought eye liner, shadow, nail polish, gloss ...that kinda thing. Every make-up product is $1. Wedding Reception
We booked the Reception Hall!!
My favorite thing about this place besides that it comes with a cake (really yummy one), good decor, big dance floor, bridal suite, and great prices....is the Chivallari (spl?) Chairs!! I love them...and they usually charge $10 a chair.
We decided on the Debonaire Banquet Hall! Its not like the first place we had (The Foundry Art Centre) but, for the price (cutting $$) its awesome! |
