Draping and Lighting
With a budget of $25,000, I should probably know better than to watch Platinum Weddings on the WE network, but I just can't help it. Now that I have become addicted to the reception creations that these planners give their millionaire brides and grooms, I am trying to figure out a way to do it for myself. I have searched everywhere for DIY tools and instructions on how to create draping and lighting effects at an indoor reception venue. I am eager to hear suggestions from anyone out there. I have my heart set on creating an icy, cool, blue room for my guests to walk into. I want the color scheme to elicit shivers from my friends and family and obviously, I want to hear the oohs and aahs.
