Decor

This is the picture that confirmed my colors. I had already chosen pink and purple, but while at a hotel for a conference for work I passed by this room they were decorating. What do you know pink, purple, and black. The purple was within the lighting at the front of the room. The pink that you see on the chair was the sache that they were in the process of tying. So, my wedding reception will look similar to this. I will have tall and short centerpieces filled with pink and purple flowers. The table cloths will be black and there will be pink and purple lights lit up on the walls around the room. I sometimes wonder am I crazy and wonder if what I am picturing will actually come out the way I plan for it to. Oh well no turning back. It is what it is.

Can't make a decision on the CAKE

I have been taste testing for the last week. I really want my cake to be beautiful. I am running into people who make pretty cakes but they are not that good as far as the tasting and people who make wonderful tasting cakes but can'tm really decorate. I want our cake to be simple - white but elegant. My baby loves the Houston Rockets, however I can't find a nice decorated picture of one. UGHHHHHH so frustrating.

I found this at Hobby Lobby and I really think I like it. I just want to make sure that it is what I really want. Haven't really found anything else I liked though.

Update: Couldn't wait. Decision has been made. I came home and went back a few hours later to purchase. Yeahhhh!
