HEY WBC LADIES!!!!!!!!!
I just had to come back and share a little bit of whats been going on with my life. WBC really was such a big part of my life while I was planning my wedding. Not only did i start an etsy business with my bridal hangers, but i met so many amazing women that i have remained in contact with even still! My sister in law is now planning her wedding, so of course I had to come back and check out all the new amazing ideas that are out there.... And then I realized I had something I had to share with you about... When i was getting ready for my big day, losing weight and fitting into my dress was a big deal, i was determined. I worked hard, and made it happen, but shortly after i put back all the weight. Part of the reason was that it was for a quick fix, and I didn't make it a lifestyle change. So a few years, a new baby, and I had gained back 30lbs... ugh... I had finally had enough and took it into my own hands. With a new baby wasn't able to go out to a gym so i was stuck. I had a friend that had amazing results with this workout program called insanity, and i knew whatever it was i wanted it b/c i knew it worked. I invested in a challenge pack - a workout program and a month of these awesome shakes that you just replace one meal with a day. Fast forward 180 days... ive lost almost 30lbs, over 31 inches, and went from a size 14 down to a 4. I didn't change too much, i just replaced one meal a day with my Shakeology, I pressed play with my Insanity program, and i just started to make healthier choices. It was nothing more than that. My sister in law is now getting married, she is doing Insanity in my current challenge group. Twe weeks ago we went to try on dresses, and then again last night, and in those two weeks alone she had lost 1 in in her waist and 1 in in her hips!!! Is there anybody else that is ready to rock your wedding dress AND get in the best shape of your life???? It doesn't matter if your wedding is in 30, 60, 90, or even 180 days away, you still have time!!!! Most people can start a program or start going to the gym but a lot dont finish or stop completely along the way or after that specific goal and event has been achieved. Let me let you in on a little secret .in order for most people to STAY motivated, encouraged and accountable you MUST have someone to help & support you! My challenge/accountability group is the key to your success I have challengers who have lost 13 pounds in 11 days, 12 pounds in 3 weeks, zipped those jeans up that have been sitting in their closet for years, etc ALL FROM THEIR PROGRAM SUCH AS TURBO FIRE, INSANITY, P90X AND OTHERS, SHAKEOLOGY & MY CHALLENGE GROUP! Guess what? Six or even THREE months from now, you'll wish you started TODAY, Bikini shopping for those honeymoons on the beach, and spring sreak & summer are just around the corner as well.
