commenting can be so sporadic on this site and honestly, i've never really seen your profile come up on the feed. sometimes it depends what time you post. if you're in the uk you might be posting at an off-time for people in the us/canada.

Aw thanks for your reassurance, maybe it is the time difference!! But I just felt that when i first joined this site i had loads of replies on my posts and other posts and then all of a sudden..nothing!!!

I third sarahdarling's post. It is so true. Some posts you get lots of responses, some 1, some tons.. depends on time of day, and I guess if ppl can relate.. I dunno.

It def could be a time zone issue.

after reading your post, I'm not sure what exactly your question is...are you saying you don't get replies on your posts or that when you comment on someone else's post you don't hear back from them?  I looked at your profile and you have comments on every post.  I'm already married, but when I was on, I didn't always get comments---so honestly count yourself lucky.  Whenever you ask people to vote---you will always receive the most comments...other than that people look at your post but may not have anything to say or just wanted to get an idea.  You won't always get comments.  You aren't the only one...I've seen so many brides make a post like this--it just really depends on the post you make.  Don't take it to heart!  If you are getting visits, that means people are looking!

I was about to type I agree with the other ladies, then I re-read your post and I'm not sure that's what you mean. Do you mean that you comment on other posts and no one responds to you on their post?  If that's the case, i think that's normal as well - sometimes we all get busy and don't look at the posts, or the advice wasn't relevant or we just don't think to comment back. Whenever ladies comment on my posts, I try to remember to thank them, but honestly, depending on what the post is, I'm not sure how many ladies look back at the post after they comment.

I think we all go through the same thing on some posts. It's not a bad thing to want feedback, it's what this site is for. But don't take it personally if sometimes a post is missed. I don't think it's a bad thing to do what you did today - sometimes writing the words - need feedback - really help!
