Ingredients:
2 oz Sour Apple Schnapps
1 oz vodka
1 dash sweet & sour mix
green sugar
green apple, thinly sliced
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a shake with ice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass, rimmed with green sugar.
Garnish with thin slice of apple, if desired.
St. Patrick's Day Green Midori Sour
Ingredients:
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz whiskey sour mix
2 oz Sprite soda
maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add the midori, sour mix and Sprite.
Stir and garnish with a cherry, if desired.
Irish Eyes
Ingredients:
1 oz Irish whiskey
1/4 oz green crème de menthe
2 oz cream
maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
St. Patrick's Day Cocktail
Ingredients:
3/4 oz green crème de menthe
3/4 oz Irish whiskey
3/4 oz green Chartreuse
1 dash Bitters
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Serve and toast!
Shamrock Shaker
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
2 1/2 oz cream
1/2 oz Amaretto
Edible green and gold powder for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle the green and gold powders on the top
