Wedding Dress
Help!
So we went wedding dress shopping, and unexpectedly, found the "one". It's perfect in every sense!

But, the thing is... We are having a beach wedding and this dress is a ball gown that is slightly thick.

Just wondering what everyone thought about this... The wedding will be in the evening, but Texas humidity is awful, and I don't want to be miserable at my wedding...

Thoughts? Suggestions??

mmmm good question. My dress is big too, but its made out of organza, so it is much lighter than the other dresses I tried on. Perhaps you can get two gowns???? One that is more ball gown like and another for if you get too hot. I am sure you can find a second one for not too much.

Yeah I agree, get a second, lighter piece for after the ceremony. And you could make your ballgown dress really quirky by walking down the 'aisle' barefoot. I am having a second dress which is the exact copy of Felicity Huffman's Marchesa gown and it's sooo light and beautiful. Check it out on my blog if you're interested.
