I'M OFFICIALLY ENGAGED!!!
IT'S OFFICIAL!!
So even though we set a date, and had been planning our wedding, it was not set in stone until I got that ring on my finger!!! WELL TONIGHT I DID! :D It's perfect! Simple yet glittery <3 Just like I love!! Now I can REALLY go on with our plans!! Gah now it's less than a year until our planned wedding in November next year. OMIGOSH but I can't believe it! I'm like walking on air!!! I can't stop looking at it ;P So anyways, I am keeping it a secret from my friends until Friday :) But you all got to know first! hahah |

Poinsettias at a wedding??
Okay so my finance and I were talking today, and I brought up an idea I had!! Why not instead of roses for the wedding, we use poinsettias!! He was very please with this idea as we met right before Christmas, and he and I are both equally obsessed with Christmas!! So needless to say it is a very special time for us. We chose November 12th of next year though because that would mark 2 years since our first date on November 12th 2009. Not to mention with the holidays that come right after we did not want to overwhelm people...SO!! I guess my question is, what can I do to bring a subtle Christmas atmosphere into our wedding?? What are some ideas for poinsettias in a centerpiece?? Something like my picture? Or give me ideas!! Alot of my wedding will be DIY so I am looking to make all the centerpieces myself.
What are some other good ideas for me to keep in minds? |
