Decor needs something...
I'm trying to decide what else I can do to add a bit more to the church decor. I'm doing pomanders on the pews and I want a monogrammed aisle runner like the one pictured on the left only with our colors (black, white, and ruby red), but other than that I'm stumpted. I'm planning on using red roses and white carnations for the pomanders. I've searched and searched for inspiration but nothing has grabbed me yet. Does anyone have any creative suggestions? I've inclued some pictures of the church in case that helps.

Pomander Advice
I'm planning on diy-ing pomanders for the pews, I already purchased some of the styrofoam balls for them. I picked them up at Hancock Fabrics one day when I stumbled upon them in the sale bin labeled "Christmas 75% off" which made them only $1.49 a piece for the 6" size (exactly what I needed)!!! I'm not quite sure how they qualify as Christmas, I guess you could make snowmen out of them, but whatever I'll take them at 75% off! I was SOOO excited I bought all they had (a total of 23). Now I'm trying to decide whether to cut them in half so they lay flat against the pews or to leave them round. If I cut them I won't have to buy too many more and it won't require as many flowers either. I have also purchased the ribbon that I'm going to use to hang them with (picture on the left) , but what should I use to hang them from the pew with? I was thinking some kind of pew clip, but I dunno...any suggestions?

Wedding Reception
Just getting started! Centerpiece advice!
Ok, so this is just the beginning of planning. The church and reception site is booked, FINALLY. I've bought a few decoration things since they were on sale for ridiculously cheap, yay! Anyway, I was completely decided on what I wanted for center pieces for the reception but now I'm having second thoughts. Our colors are black, white, and ruby red and yes, I'm another damask bride! :) These were what I had decided on, one per table which would equal approximately 12. What led me to second guess myself about these was what the heck do I do with them when the wedding is over? I'd like to keep two to three of them and possibly sell the rest, but I'm wondering if that will be too much of a hassle and be pretty pricey. Anyone have any experience selling something like this? I LOVE them and don't want to rule them out, I'm just trying to think practically here...crazy huh?
