Here are more pictures from my wedding. These are digital pictures I've collected from everyone. I decided to make an online photobook with these and have them print it for me.
The professional pictures should be done any day now. The package included unlimited shots so she's got many to do! Once I get those we will get photos printed for albums, one for us, one for my parents and one for Johnny's mom. Can't wait to see them! Hope you enjoy these! |

I'm Married!!!!
Best day of my life :)
So I'm married...and it feels GREAT!! It's like we're more in love now than we ever have been before :)
The day was amazing in every possible way, it didn't matter what hiccups (mind you there were just a few) happened, it was better than I ever imagined it could be. We all got our hair done a 9am, finished at 10:30...AHEAD of schedule :) I like when that happens. Makeup was at 11am, one girl was doing such an amazing job so I made sure she did ALL of us. That took a little longer because of that. But when 3 of us were done we went and grabbed subway lunch for all of us so save some time :) Then is was home to get ready to leave for the hotel. My parents had already packed all our bags, dresses, etc. into the cars. My uncle was there with his 1941 Buick to drive my Dad and I to the hotel. I went in and they told me he wanted to see my hair and makeup...odd but no problem, I go upstairs and he's in a full chauffeur tux, HAT included!! He looked so amazing and I'm so thankful to him for doing it. We got some amazing pics with the car with the photographer too :) So it was raining...BUT I DIDN'T CARE!! We got to the hotel around 2pm, and my sister and Dad left for the country club to set up the cake and made it back in about 20 mins! We touched up our makeup, got on our dresses and head to the country club! We waited in the suite, had some champagne and waited for the ceremony time. It was raining...but my Dad just stood there looking out the window saying "It will stop"...and it did :) The anticipation of waiting to walk down the aisle seemed like forever, I've never felt so excited in my entire life. I couldn't wait to see Johnny! Once I saw him, I just fell in love all over again and the ceremony was SO beautiful and perfect. Photos were SO much fun, I loved our photographer, Michelle Kauntz of Captured Soul Photography, she brought out the best in all of us and we had a great time. Dinner was amazing AND I ATE IT ALL! so many ppl told me I wouldn't even have time to eat lol. The room looked amazing, speeches were amazing and the whole night was just AWESOME! The chocolate fountain company showed up with NOTHING to dip in the fountain, they said I DIDN'T order anything...pffttt!! So the country club whipped all the fruit they had together for us, they were SO amazing, the staff was amazing, I'm just in awe of how perfect everything was! I got to talk to everybody, I danced my ass off, and everyone had a fantastic time. Brunch yesterday was good too, my Mom made and amazing meal (pancakes, french toast, and there was an edible fruit flower arrangement!) We opened gifts with about 30 friends and family that came by and then we headed out to just spend time with ourselves :) Here are some pictures from digital cameras, I'll post the professional ones as soon as I get them. |

I wasn't sure how busy I'd be the last couple days before the wedding, but everything is pretty under control. We're chillin at home right now so I thought I'd do one last update :)
We're having dinner at my parents tonight, then later on i'll pack everything I will need until sunday, since tomorrow morning I'll be on the go non-stop I have a 10am pedicure, but i'll be going to walmart first. I got a bonus so I want to shop a little at the mall, get my maid of honour another special gift, then we're picking up Johnny's tux, heading to the country club for the rehearsal, then back to our condo party room for the rehearsal dinner where we'll give out all the gifts (I can't wait!), THEN the guys are going to stay in the hotel while all the girls go back to my parents house. Our family friend is bringing her massage table and giving us all manicures and massages before we go to sleep :) can't wait! and saturday, well that will be even busier, but i can't wait! We found a limo company that will shuttle the guests back to the hotel from 11:30pm to 1:30am and then pick us up at the end of the night in a stretch limo for $300!! couldn't believe the deal!! Posting some pictures from this week: 1&2) my sister made all the truffles and we boxed them into the place card boxes 3) i set them up the way I want them to be at the country club 4) my boss and a coworker in my department got me flowers on my last day at work (yesterday) it was such a nice surprise!!! This morning we visited my 94 year old great grandmother in her care home since it was decided she wasn't going to come to the ceremony/reception, she sleeps most hours of the day and doesn't understand/know what's going on most times :( But some other family was there that's in from out of town already and we had a great visit and took some pictures! Anyways, I'm just soaking it all in and trying to enjoy this weekend as much as possible!! I'll be back with pictures! |

ONE WEEK LEFT!!
Since I've joined this blog I've watched brides post from their 1 week mark so many times and couldn't wait for mine to come!!! Now it's finally here and I am so much more excited than I ever thought I could be!!
Things left to do: - finish getting bathroom basket items - box place card chocolates (on tuesday with MOH) - finalize shuttle vans for guests back to the hotel at the end of the wedding night - Have memorial candle vase NOT BAD!!! if I don't say so myself My sister (MOH) is flying in from Calgary TODAY! I can't wait to see her, she'll be here for 9 days. I can't wait until she's done school and moves back to Ontario. All you brides who still have months to go, enjoy every second of it, because once you get this close, you forget where the time went!! I will try to post all my last projects, etc. but if I don't get the chance, I'll see you when I'm a married woman!! No wedding nightmares so far *knock on wood* Good luck to you all :) |

I got the final count today and finished off our seating plan, so I whipped this up in photoshop. My Dad is an engineer/tool and die maker, so he's going to print it up big at work with their big printer that prints HUGE blueprints.
I like Free lol the last payment cheque came out of the bank this weekend for the photographer, phew, it's all paid off. I am also getting a bonus at work, being paid out the day before the wedding, HOW CONVENIENT! So I'm going to treat myself to some extra goodies on that exciting day! |

Charms, Programs & Placecards CHECK
Finished all the programs, they turned out great, LOVE THEM
Made place cards for all of the wedding party (will be different than the other guests' placecards), they will tie on the head table chairs. That way when they are introduced and enter into the ballroom, they will be able to find their seats easily :) I made charms for all the bouquets. Johnny's grandmother passed away from breast cancer, and so did my grandmother (mom's side). My grandmother on my dad's side passed away from lymphoma, hence the pink and lime green swarovski beads. I purchased 10 ribbon charms off etsy.com for $3!! I wanted something a little extra special to represent this. 12 DAYS!! |

I ordered black leather wallets online, the guys' initials are embossed on the inside. I know every single one of them needs a new wallet, so after racking our brains FOREVER to figure out the groomsmen gift, I'm really happy with this choice.

$110 at Bridal and Beyond, if you know of a place in Canada that sells them cheaper...DON'T TELL ME! LOL Shipping from the states to save just a few bucks didn't seem worth it, at least here I got to try them on and made sure the shade matched my dress How many kinds of white can there really be?! lol |
