In approximately two weeks I will be a mrs! I've been a bit on edge lately though because I'm a bit stressed about all the school stuff that I have to do before we get married and go on our honeymoon. Of course, my FH has been bearing the brunt of this uneasiness, so I definitely have to find a way to de-stress. Plus I've been fighting a cold all week so it would be nice to be able to breathe (and taste food) again. On the plus side, my wedding list of things to do is looking good:
-Finalize seating plan
-Finalize day-of schedule
-Confirm with and pay photographer
-Confirm with live musicians
-Finish place cards
-Make table numbers
-Go for my final fitting
-Write thank-you note to parents to put in collage as a thank-you gift
-Go to the dentist
-Get ring re-dipped
-Buy brother a thank-you gift
So the wedding list isn't too bad!
you made me laugh with what you wrote. lol.
I truly cannot believe we are only two weeks away from our wedding day!!! CRAZY! I'm starting to get a little nervous...mainly because I have a slightly longer to-do list than you. Good job on being so organzied...you can easily get all those little things done in the next couple weeks.
On a side note....I had a nightmare last night that everything fell apart on our wedding day.....photog and videog were late, we ran out of time to get everyone's hair and makeup done, they couldn't bring the cake inside because it was raining (wierd I know!), and everyone left the reception after dinner to go see a movie!! Ahhh, I was panicked when I woke up! Guess it's just the last minute jitters. :) Anyway, sorry to have hijacked your blog with my rambling. Good luck and feel better!!!
So excited!!!!!
I have a similar list of things that need to be done with only a week to go! It's going to be one busy week!! AH!
Hope your cold goes away soon! And I hope you can find some time to relax....tell yourself to just forget about school and the wedding for just a couple hours at the very least, and spend some time with Chris or doing something you love.
Brittany: Thanks! I forgot to write down a few things, but I'm on top of things.
Meghan: It will definitely feel good after finishing the school stuff. This week I just have to put my mind to it and start pumping out some work. I can't believe that our day is right around the corner either! I forgot a few things on my to-do list, but I'm sure that your list is quite manageable. What a crazy nightmare! I had a nightmare this weekend that turned into a funny dream that Chris broke up with me and I said, "But you're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with" and started crying. Then in my dream, my mom started dating a guy I knew from highschool, which would mean that my mom was a cougar. I was really upset and freaked out at the same time!
sweetleo02: Hang in there hun. I'm sure that you will have a super productive week and then it's your big day!!!
Stephanie: That's a great point. I need to take a bit of time to just hang out with the hubby-to-be!
